Indonesian military, police conducting massive manhunt for perpetrators of Jakarta attack as condemnation floods in from the general population

The National Police (Polri) Special Counter-Terrorism Detachment 88 (Densus 88) has arrested two suspected terrorist in Cirebon on Thursday evening, January 14, 2016.

Both suspects are thought to be linked and played a role in the terrorist attacks which unfolded on Jl. MH Thamrin in Jakarta on Thursday.
"From one of the suspects' home, we confiscated an evidence - an Islamic State of Iran and Syria (ISIS) flag," said the Head of Polri's Public Relations department, Anton Charliyan. According to him, the arrests were made following a thourough investigation on Polri's findings at the scene of the attack.
Charliyan said that both suspected terrorist are still being interrogated by police officials, but it could be confirmed that both are linked to a terrorist group who made the city of Solo their base. "They received direct orders from Bahrun Naim, which is currently in Syria," he said.
One of the arrests were made in Jamblang district in Cirebon regency, wherein Polri's Anti-Terror Squad (Densus 88) found several evidence tying both suspects to terrorist groups - including weapons, machetes, hats, and a flag bearing ISIS logo, among others.
The attacks on Jl. MH Thamrin has injured more than 30 people, which current casualty counts stand at seven - two civilians and five perpetrators of the attack. Two explosives were detonated for the suicide bombing - one exploded in front of a Starbucks coffee outlet across from Sarinah, and another one was detonated at a police station right across from it.
