WAYNE MADSEN : Sabotage And Terrorism In Ukraine Part of CIA Playbook For Over 60 Years

Only the complete eradication of Obama's murdering CIA will bring about world peace

By Wayne Madsen

WMR recently reported that Kiev has become a virtual modern-day "Casablanca" for mercenaries, Western special operations personnel, and arms dealers intent on inflicting as much death and destruction on the Russian-speaking population of Ukraine and Russia itself while Ukraine is buffeted by a civil war manufactured by the CIA and the neocons in the Obama administration.

We reported that O'Brien's Pub, just a five minute walk from Maidan Square was one such hangout for Western ne're-do-wells. However, we have been informed by knowledgeable sources that another sucyh hangout for Western mercs and military personnel is the Arena City bar, which conveniently happens to be owned by Kiev mayor and professional boxer Vitali Klitschko.

Klitschko is a member of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko's vanity political party, the Petro Poroshenko Bloc.

In the 1990s, Klitschko was reportedly a "debt collection" agent for Ukrainian mafia boss Viktor Rybalko. Although Klitschko is Jewish and a supporter of the Zionist and Israeli causes, he named his son Max, after German boxer Max Schmeling, one of Adolf Hitler's chief representatives abroad of Nazi Germany's sports propaganda operation.

In addition to Ukrainian Zionist oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky's hiring of neo-Nazi mercenaries for his private battalions, Klitschko's homage to Nazi Germany's boxing great provides yet another bizarre link between Ukrainian Zionists and Nazis.

Other rendezvous locations for Western military and mercenary operatives in Kiev are, according to our sources, Shooter's, owned by a British expatriate; the Golden Gate Pub; Buddha Bar; and Club D'Lux.

The U.S. support for neo-fascist mercenary armies in Ukraine is nothing new. WMR uncovered from the Central Intelligence Agency's files a formerly SECRET intelligence report, dated April 30, 1953, that details CIA involvement with bands of followers of Ukrainian Nazi leader Stepan Bandera who, according to the CIA report, "terrorized and preyed on Soviet soldiers and sympathizers" in the Rava-Russkaya region of western Ukraine.

U.S. traitor, drooling doofus John Kerry kisses the asses of Nazi dupe Klitschko and fellow Ukrainian fascists

The CIA report, titled "Resistance Activities in the Area of Rava-Russkaya, Ukrainian SSR," states that the Bandera terrorists killed and destroyed the homes of "any local resident known to be cooperating with the Soviet authorities."

The style of CIA support for Ukrainian Nazi terrorism against the governments of the Ukrainian SSR and the Soviet Union appears to presage other CIA support for terrorism, including Langley's current support for the forces of the Islamic State in Syria and Iraq.

Demented U.S. fruitcake, traitor, CIA dupe John McCain sucks Klitschko off in public spectacle

The 1953 details how the CIA and its Ukrainian Nazi guerrilla allies conducted their terrorist campaign against the Soviet authorities:

1. "A straw-filled wagon concealing a machine gun opened fire and killed a Soviet soldier."

2. "A Soviet officer who was caught in the nearby forest [was] tortured by being slashed with knives and having salt sprinkled into his wounds."

3. A Soviet soldier . . . died from poisoning in a restaurant in Rava-Russkaya."

In reference to the third terrorist incident, the CIA report states: "This was but one incident of poisoning of Soviet troops in Rava-Russkaya, which was the reason for a regulation prohibiting Soviet troops to purchase food in the city."

"Hitler's Revenge"

The report states that although Soviet forces made several attempts to rout the Nazi forces, "Bandera activities had not been stopped."

Considering the penchant for the Banderists to poison the food sold to Soviet soldiers in Ukraine in the 1950s, today's beer-swilling and appetizer-munching Western denizens of the bars of Kiev and other Ukrainian cities might want to beware of "Stalin's Revenge." Although, no one ever sheds any tears over dead mercs.

Crisis Deepens As Greek Central Bank Warns Of Euro Exit

Greeks finally take matters into their own hands, drive the first nail into the coffin of the EU criminal bankers, Merkel, IMF - the final revolt begins

By John Hadoulis

The Greek central bank warned for the first time on Wednesday that the country could suffer a "painful" exit from the eurozone and even the EU if it fails to reach a bailout deal with international creditors.

It's OVER: Greek people lead way to freedom
The warning came as negotiations over the release of the last 7.2 billion euros ($8.1 billion) in rescue funds from Greece's massive international bailout are deadlocked, with payment deadlines looming.

All eyes are on a meeting of the 19 eurozone countries to take place Thursday in Luxembourg.

Fanning the flames, Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras warned Wednesday that an EU "fixation" on pension cuts would scupper any hopes of reaching an agreement to avert a catastrophic default.

"There is no room for further cuts without affecting the core of the (pension) system," Tsipras said after meeting with visiting Austrian Chancellor Werner Feymann, one of the few European leaders supporting Greece in the talks.

"This insistence on cutting pensions is incomprehensible," the Greek premier said. "If Europe insists on this incomprehensible fixation ... it must accept the cost of a development that will benefit no one in Europe."

In one of the starkest warnings so far from a Greek institution, the Bank of Greece said failure to reach an agreement would" mark the beginning of a painful course that would lead initially to a Greek default and ultimately to the country's exit from the euro area and -– most likely -– from the European Union."

The central bank also said Greek bank deposits had fallen by nearly 30 billion euros between December and April, to 128 billion euros.

Yet while the atmosphere between Greece and its creditors has deteriorated, the Bank of Greece insisted that only a "little ground" separated the two sides.

Relations between Bank of Greece governor Yiannis Stournaras and the ruling radical left Syriza party have been strained from the start, with the leftists trying to block his appointment last June.

Analysts have long warned that a default could set off a chain of events leading to a messy exit from the eurozone.

Tsipras said Wednesday that his government had gone as far as it could in meeting the demands of the International Monetary Fund, European Union and European Central Bank for tax hikes and pension reform in return for bailout funds.

"Our proposals fully safeguard the fiscal targets the institutions set for 2015-2016," he said.

He said he was prepared to shoulder the political cost of a deal in Greece's parliament -- providing it was an "honest compromise".

Finally defeated: Lagarde, EU bank criminals now facing downfall of EU, prison

"If we do not (get an honest deal), it is us again who will say the great 'no' to continuing a disastrous policy," he added.

Athens on Wednesday raised 1.3 billion euros in three-month treasury bills at steady interest.

The stock exchange fell 3.15 percent, its fourth straight day in the red.

The head of the eurozone countries, Jeroen Dijsselbloem, said Wednesday he was still working to keep Greece within the fold and dismissed any predictions about a so-called Grexit as premature.

Greece is due to make a 1.6 billion euro payment to the IMF at the end of the month, with another 6.7 billion euros due to the ECB in July and August -- payments that Greek officials say they cannot afford.

With his creditors saying his reform proposals are insufficient, Tsipras on Tuesday accused creditors of trying to "humiliate" his country.

Greeks fought a long, protracted battle to free their country from the grips of the IMF, EU banker criminals, Merkel Nazis and now the pigs that supported them must also be brought to justice

Elected on an anti-austerity platform in January, Tsipras has been reluctant to accept any further cuts.

European Commission head Jean-Claude Juncker hit back by accusing Tsipras of misleading Greek voters.

"The debate in Greece and outside Greece would be easier if the Greek government would tell exactly what the Commission... are really proposing," Juncker said.

Stripped of power and personal wealth, Merkel
will be contemplating future in a prison cell
Polls show most Greeks support the government's negotiating strategy, though its approval rating has steadily fallen in recent months.

Protests were planned Wednesday evening in Athens and other cities against the creditors' demands for further cuts.

A union close to the ruling Syriza party unfurled banners from the balcony of the EU offices in Athens. reading: "The people cannot be blackmailed, the country isn't for sale."

Deal is "Historical Imperative"

The Bank of Greece said that if the country left the 19-strong group of countries using the euro it would lead to a deep recession, dramatic declines in incomes and a spike in unemployment in the southern European nation.

Lagarde, her IMF criminal accomplices, EU bankers will occupy the same cell block

"This is why the Bank of Greece firmly believes that striking an agreement with our partners is a historical imperative that we cannot afford to ignore," it said.

"From all the evidence available so far, it seems that a compromise has been reached on the main conditions attached to this agreement and that little ground remains to be covered."

The satanic IMF will be destroyed once and for all

When it comes to the terms of a potential new deal on the bailout, the Bank of Greece backed the government's position that after years of austerity and the worsening of its economy Greece needs more time to pay back the billions it borrowed.

In particular it raised the politically sensitive subject of relief on the country's debt, which is now mostly held by Greece's European partners as the bailout funds have been in loans.

The future of Greece and the world will be written by The People

Greek leaders of all political colours have never forgotten the prospect, raised three years ago by eurozone ministers, that in return for reforms Greece could have some of its debts written off.

But it appears extremely unlikely that Greece's eurozone partners will return to this idea anytime soon in the face of likely fierce political opposition in a number of countries, especially Germany.

We have already discussed in the first part of this analysis how the American geography dooms whoever controls the territory to being a global power, but there are a number of other outcomes that shape what that power will be like. The first and most critical is the impact of that geography on the American mindset.
