Rumsfeldt’s Missing Trillions, Stavridis And Unconventional War

How convenient, the day before 911

NEW EASTERN OUTLOOK
By Christof Lehman
03/24/2015

September 10, 2001. U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeldt stated that 2.3 trillion dollar from the Pentagon’s annual budget could not be accounted for. September 11, 2001, the Pentagon’s accounting office and the Naval Command Center were targeted, allegedly by a plane. Survivors would report about explosions inside the Pentagon prior to the alleged plane impact.

Rumsfeld knows exactly where the money went
During a 2012 Forestall Lecture , Admiral James G. Stavridis noted that he was working as a newly selected 1-star accounting officer at the Pentagon and that he was lucky to have survived. By 2009 Stavridis would have been promoted to the rank of Admiral and NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander Europe. Responsible for NATO’s 2011 military operations in Libya, Stavridis would describe NATO’s intervention in Libya as “a teachable moment and model for future interventions."

On September 10, 2001, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeldt declared a war on waste, stressing that 2.3 trillion dollar from the Pentagon’s annual budget could not be accounted for. CBS quoted Rumsfeld as saying that money wasted by the military poses a serious threat “In fact, it could be said it’s a matter of life and death”. Rumsfeldt would proceed, promising change as of September 11.

Indeed, change came on September 11; For many of those who were working at the Pentagon it would literally become a change that cost their lives while it turned into a life or death situation for survivors who were working in the offices which were targeted on September 11.

One of these survivors is April Gallop. April Gallop would testify under oath in a two-hour-long, video-taped interview with Barbara Honegger who has conducted an in-depth investigation into the events at the Pentagon on September 11.

This is one scandal that will never go away, and Rumsfeld needs to be compelled to testify under oath just exactly where the money disappeared to

April Gallop would state that a violent explosion near her desk in Wedge Two or Corridor Five, more than 100 ft north from the official narratives alleged plane impact point stopped her watch at 9:30.

April Gallop saw no debris from an aircraft, no seats, no luggage, no passenger’ bodies, nor did she observe any jet fuel. Her watch is kept at a safe location. Gallop would state the she saw fires coming out of computers. Barbara Honegger reports that other eyewitnesses, including Tracy Webb experienced such computer fires at the E Ring of Corridor Four. Ms. April Gallop is in contact with several other survivors who can corroborate her experience but who would need to be guaranteed protection before they could come forward. The alleged plane impact happened at least eight minutes after massive explosions inside the Pentagon. Another clock from the Pentagon that is kept at the Smithsonian as well as photographic evidence prove that other clocks stopped due to explosions before the alleged plane impact. Barbara Honegger’s research would show that “something” struck the Pentagon from the outside too. That object, however, was not a jetliner and struck some 150 meters from the alleged jetliner impact site.

Donald Rumsfeldt’s war on waste would turn into the Global War on Terror and lead to the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq. Information about the missing 2.3 trillion dollar was destroyed on September 11.

Missing TRILLIONS will certainly be probed at war crimes trials

In 2012 NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR), Admiral James G. Stavridis would hold the Forestal Lecture at the Naval Academy. Stavridis would talk about service selection and about the development of warfare throughout the 20thcentury. Stavridis would point out that both WW I and WW II as well as the Cold War were wars of walls pointing at the Maginot Line, the Iron Curtain, the Bamboo Curtain, the Berlin Wall. Stavridis would stress that it took “a shocking lesson”, the events on September 11, 2001, to prove that walls don’t provide security in a modern world.

Stavridis would point at a wide-screen image of the section of the Pentagon that was destroyed on September 11, 2001, stating that he was working as a newly-selected one-star officer who was “working in the Navy budget world” at the Pentagon.

If Rumsfeld believes he has gotten away with it, he
is sadly mistaken
Pointing at the section of the Pentagon that was destroyed on September 11, 2001 he stated “obviously, I am lucky to be able to be speaking to you here today”. An attempt to reach out to the now retired Admiral James G. Stavridis, who is working as Dean of the Fletcher School at Tuffs University remained unanswered.

Stavridis would be an important witness. It would also be interesting to know whether Stavridis was working at the Army Offices in the E Ring of the Pentagon or whether he was working at the Naval Command Center (NCC) in the D and C Rings.

The NCC was the only Navy office that was targeted with explosives on September 11, 2001.

Where was he and what was he working at during the days prior to September 11 and on September 11. How did the newly-selected one-star officer rise to the rank of Admiral and NATO SACEUR by 2009?

As NATO SACEUR, Stavridis would be in charge of NATO’s operations in Libya in 2011.

In November 2010 the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina, would publish Training Circular TC 18-01 entitled “Special Forces Unconventional Warfare”. The TC 18-01 was published for use by U.S. Special Forces as well as by “contractors”. The circular contains a destruction notice stating “Destroy by any method that will prevent disclosure of contents or reconstruction of the document”. The document is “releasable to students from foreign countries on a case-by case basis only”.

The document states that the United States, for the foreseeable future, would primarily be engaged in unconventional warfare. The document contains a structured approach to the subversion of targeted nation States, beginning with an assessment of a feasible and cooperative opposition, the creation of events to polarize society, the establishment of armed groups and their development into a fighting force that is capable of fighting a civil war or unconventional war under U.S. supervision to achieve U.S. foreign policy goals.

The TC 18-01 contains a de-facto blueprint for the United States’ and NATO’s involvement in Libya and Syria under the command of NATO SACEUR Stavridis. The TC 18-01 also represents a precise blueprint of the ongoing war in Iraq and the “crisis” in Ukraine. Sadly, it was impossible to reach out to James G. Stavridis via the Fletcher School at Tuffs University.

Ivo H. Daalder and James G. Stavridis would co-author an article entitled “NATO’s Victory in Libya. The Right Way to Run an Intervention”. The article about NATO, overstepping the provisions of UN Security Council Resolution 1973 (2011) was published in Foreign Affairs, March/April 2012, pp 2 – 7. During NATO’s 25th Summit in Chicago in 2012, NATO would adopt the premises of this article as part of NATO’s strategic doctrine.

Besides questions about his experience during the days up to and on September 11, 2001, it would be interesting to ask James G. Stavridis if he still stands by the words he wrote in that article. That is, that “Libya was a teachable moment and model for future interventions”. Arguably, 2.3 trillion dollar are a seizable start-up budget for wars which have to be waged “off the books”.

Chlorine Bomb Reveals Indonesia ISIS Worries

Despite increased CIA/ISIS activity in Indonesia, details on the "bomb" are lacking as with the Bali bombings of 2002; chlorine is not an explosive

03/23/2015

A small explosion in a Jakarta shopping centre late last month has Indonesian authorities concerned that local radicals may be adopting tactics from ISIS. The explosion in ITC Depok, a tech shopping centre in the Greater Jakarta area, came from a poorly made device consisting of batteries, paint tins and wires inside a cardboard box. The homemade bomb, left unattended in a men's bathroom, appeared not to have detonated properly, and no-one was hurt. But what has alarmed police and anti-terror forces is that the device contained a substance known to be used by ISIS: chlorine gas.

Indonesia's National Police, like terrorism expert Sidney Jones, see the use of chlorine gas in the failed attack as a warning that ISIS influence could pose a threat to Indonesia's security, especially with the possible return of ISIS supporters from the Middle East. Police say 514 Indonesian ISIS supporters are known to have left for Syria and Iraq, though this number could be outdated, since it has remained the cited figure since the end of last year. Other reports show a growing number of Indonesians attempting to join ISIS.

Indonesian media this month have been focused on the disappearance of 16 Indonesian nationals who joined a tour group to Turkey in January.

Three families — including men, women, children and infants — separated from their tour group at the Istanbul airport, saying they wanted to stay with family members in Turkey for a few days before rejoining the tour. They kept in contact with the tour guide for two days before disappearing. Earlier this month, Turkish authorities detained 16 people believed to be Indonesian nationals (several did not carry passports) as they attempted to cross the Syrian border. Strangely enough, Turkish and Indonesian authorities have confirmed that these were not the same 16 who went missing in Istanbul. The group also consisted of families, including children.

Assuming that the arrested Indonesians were attempting to cross into Syria to join ISIS, the fact that they were traveling with their families lends weight to the theory advanced by Princeton University Professor of Near Eastern Studies Bernard Haykel in an interview with The Interpreter's Sam Roggeveen last week. Professor Haykel argued that those leaving their home countries to join ISIS see it as a permanent relocation, which is why they tend to bring their families along. In contrast to al Qaeda supporters, it would appear that ISIS supporters have no intention of returning to their home country as trained terrorists.

Also unlike al Qaeda, the struggle of ISIS has been described as a 'war within Islam' between extremist Sunnis and moderate Muslims of various creeds. It's no wonder this ideology has found little support among Indonesia's majority-moderate Muslim population. Though the number of ISIS supporters is growing, it remains a fraction of the total population of 250 million, even smaller than the fraction of the Australian population joining the foreign ranks of ISIS. Public notices rejecting ISIS have been displayed in Jakarta neighbourhoods since last year. The central government has officially denounced the group, as has ASEAN.

The question now being asked in Indonesian media is whether those found to have joined ISIS should have their Indonesian citizenship revoked. The Republic of Indonesia has a long history of rejecting groups that want to establish an Islamic state in its territory, a struggle that predates the country's independence. Supporters of ISIS are viewed in a similar way to separatists that threaten the unity of the state, a position that is not tolerated.

In September 2014 an English teacher and his wife who had just finished building a free school for orphans and poor children were attacked in their home by Islamic fundamentalists in Palabali, Greater Depok area and threatened with death and the burning of their home across the street from the school, forcing the abandonment of both

Nonetheless, the use of chlorine gas in Depok and the arrival of Indonesian citizens on the Syrian border show that the ISIS ideology remains a cause for concern in relation to Indonesia's security.

Pilot Panic : Germanwings Crews Refuse To Fly - Corporate MSM Shills Suggest "Emotional Issues" Of Aircrews Responsible

These pilots are not stupid, they know flying coffins when they see them; CNN corporate hacks headed up by resident pedophile Anderson Cooper and instant "aviation expert" drug addict, deviant homosexual Richard Quest shill for criminal airlines, claim that pilot's refusal to fly stems from "emotional issues" rather than safety fears

RT

After the Germanwings’ A320 crash in the French Alps some crews of the low-cost carrier have refused to fly, citing “personal reasons.” The airline’s spokesman insists the problem has nothing to do with the technical condition of its planes.

Flight 9525 grounded day before the crash
Germanwings had to cancel several flights Tuesday because crews refused to fly, having learned that the crashed Flight 9525 had been grounded the day before it crashed.

Lufthansa, Germany’s national flag carrier and the owner of Germanwings, has refused to confirm there is any connection between the canceled flights and repairs of the ill-fated A320.

The pilots and crewmembers who refused to fly did so because they were in “deep distress” over the crash that claimed 150 lives, a Lufthansa spokeswoman said.

“Some have refused their service for personal reasons, but not out of concern that something there is out of order,’ the spokeswoman told the dpa news agency.

Lufthansa CEO Carsten Spohr said he understood the concerns of the crewmembers.

“One must not forget: many of our Germanwings crews have known crewmembers who were onboard the crashed plane,” Spohr said, Deutsche Welle reported.

CNN corporate shill, resident pedophile Anderson Cooper teams up with flaming homosexual, drug addict and now instant Shake-N-Bake "air crash expert" Richard Quest to cover for corporate criminal airline masters in "reporting" safety had nothing to do with refusal to fly and suggested it was "emotional issues" of the pilots and crews

“It is now more important to ensure psychological assistance if needed. And we will get back to a full flight operation as soon as possible then. But for me, this is rather secondary now,” he said.

The repairs of the nose-wheel landing doors of the doomed plane on Monday lasted one hour, and the aircraft made a number of flights after the repair was carried out.

“The repair was purely to fix a noise that the door was making, and the aircraft was flying again from 10am Monday,” Germanwings’ spokesman said, the International Business Times reported.

Germanwings reportedly canceled seven flights to various destinations from Dusseldorf, and three flights from Stuttgart.

Der Spiegel reported that the canceled flights were to Madrid, Stockholm and London.

The Daily Mail reported that a Lufthansa A321 plane, a larger version of the A320, experienced similar problems with sudden loss of height last year while flying over Spain with 109 passengers onboard.

In November, the A321 unexpectedly lost a whole kilometer of height before the pilots managed to regain control of the aircraft.

The Germanwings A320, carrying 150 people, crashed on its way from Barcelona to Dusseldorf on Tuesday.

“There is some information that is starting to surface on the web that seems to indicate that the plane initially had a very high descent rate from its cruising level,” Marin Medic, a pilot who flies Airbus A320s, told RT. “Meaning that it started descending very rapidly, very quickly in a short period of time, which could be indicative of a pressurization problem or a complete loss of pressurization, in which case the pilots would attempt to get the plane down to a breathable altitude as soon as possible, but so far that’s really all we know.”

Morning Muster : County Compensation Reports Released ; VFW Calls Informal Claims "Draconian," 40 - As - The - Crow - Flies Ends, Sy Hersh Revisits My Lai

Americans - especially Veterans, must get over and past politics and politicians that want them divided; they are all the same - Congress traitors, the White House criminals want to STEAL OR TERMINATE YOUR BENEFITS be it Social Security, Medicare, or VA

VETERANS BENEFITS GUIDE DAILY
03/25/2015

Veterans of Foreign Wars issued a statement yesterday calling the new formal claims process “draconian.” The partners at Bergmann & Moore are available for comment on this. We believe it will negatively affect hundreds of thousands of new claims in 2015.

VA released county-by-county veterans’ compensation and pension numbers for fiscal year 2014. You can download the report here. It reports how many veterans are receiving what percentage of compensation by age and gender. Great quick-hit story for local reporters.

Jon Stewart took out Congress Monday night for not properly funding Veterans Affairs, reports Mic’s Kevin O’Keefe. Stewart said the country manages to find money for war, but not for veterans, and that oversight could prevent backlogs, outdated systems and long wait times.

He also berated Veterans Affairs for its 40-miles-as-the-crow-flies rule, even if that means driving around the Grand Canyon to get to a VA facility.

Probably not in response to that—but one never knows—VA announced Tuesday it would loosen that rule to veterans who live more than 40 driving miles from a VA facility may seek private care, reports the Arizona Republic’s Paul Giblan.

VA has also asked for a new law to make that change formal, reports Military TimesPatricia Kime.

Syria is in talks to release American journalist and Marine Corps vet Austin Tice, who works for McClatchy, reports McClatchy’s Hannah Allam.

Philadelphia VA is being investigated for accusations of mismanagement of disability claims, reports The Philadelphia Inquirer’s Jessica Parks and Jason Laughlin

Charges include employees cherry-picking easy claims to process quickly, shredding records and changing dates on old claims so they look new. Changing dates is especially important as VA launched a new claims process yesterday, and any claims dated after March 24 must follow the new procedures.

The Senate approved a measure sponsored by Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vermont, that would allow VA to hire more mental health workers, as well as one from Sen. Kelly Ayotte, R-New Hampshire, boosting the Veterans Choice Card, reports The Hill’s Jordain Carney.

The Montgomery Advertiser’s Josh Moon wait times at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care Center have improved, though they’re still one of the slowest in the country.

The Washington Post’s Josh Hicks connects a 2009 executive order from President Obama directing the federal government to hire more veterans to the lowest veteran unemployment rate since 2008.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported one-third of the federal government’s new hires were vets.

A Vietnam Veteran talks about his volunteer work helping veterans through a therapy group, calling veterans’ trust a “gift,” reports the San Diego Union-Tribune’s Tom Pfingsten.

Vietnam Veterans of America says VA has been too slow in its response to an Institute of Medicine report that found Air Force veterans who flew on planes contaminated with Agent Orange after the Vietnam War would likely face the same health issues of vets exposed during the war, reports WYSO’s Lewis Wallace

Spraying Agent orange, Vietnam

VA said three weeks ago it would make an announcement about the finding—presumably that those vets would be eligible for service-connected benefits—but has not done so.

Denver veterans have asked Rep. Ken Buck, R-Colorado, to help save the Aurora VA hospital, reports The Denver Post’s David Olinger. The hospital’s budget has grown to five times more than original estimates.

Stop Soldier Suicide, an advocacy group dedicated to stopping soldier suicide, says 441 veterans will kill themselves during the NCAA tournament, reports WNCN’s Phil Sanchez. The shocking number is meant to educate people about the suicide crisis.

Some veterans are taking on the epidemic themselves, calling on the same brothers and sisters with whom they served to stop suicide within their own units. In a novel approach, after losing friends to suicide, members of the 1-26th Infantry Regiment who served together in Iraq in 2007 are creating a secure website with lists of all members’ information so they can reach out to each other if they’re hurting. Through social media, this is something that can easily be done by other units. And while VA has a suicide hotline and there are many resources available, it’s hard to imagine anyone who could better help than someone who remembers and understands. The new communication has turned into an outpouring of shared experiences—from difficulties with alcoholism and PTSD to dark moments when it seemed best not to continue—and love: Call anytime. I’m here for you. I’ve been there. The 1-26th was the hardest hit Army unit to serve since the Vietnam War.

An Iraq War vet, Phillip Carter, is part of a program that uses data about veterans to try to determine how best to take care of them, reports The Hill’sMartin Matishak. For example, Carter says the G.I. Bill has been a “great intervention,” while ignoring homelessness and mental health issues when Vietnam War veterans returned showed the government did not act quickly enough.

Veterans who helped clean up the Enewetak Atoll long after the United States tested atomic and hydrogen bombs there say they face numerous health issues, reports the Bangor Daily NewsAbigail Curtis. They do not, however, fall within range of the years VA awards presumptive status for those ailments.

WE must always be there for each other and to hell with politicians, politics and those that would see fit to divide us in their never-ending quest to strip us of our rights, benefits, our dignity and humanity

Confederate soldiers were not inducted into the Florida Veterans Hall of Fame after VA found they were not eligible because they did not serve with the U.S. military, reports the Tallahassee Democrat’s Bill Cotterell.

Long Read: The New Yorker’s Seymour Hersh, who broke the story of Lt. William L. Calley’s unit’s massacre 504 villagers at My Lai, visited Vietnam 47 years later to report the aftermath of the tragedy.

Bergmann & Moore, LLC, is a national law firm dedicated to serving the needs of veterans in compensation claims before and against the Department of Veterans Affairs. The firm’s partners are former VA attorneys who are very familiar with the VA system. Bergmann & Moore handles all kinds of cases, but has a concentration in claims involving PTSD, military sexual trauma, Gulf War illness and complex medical issues, such as brain cancer or degenerative issues, veterans exposed to Agent Orange often face.
