WAYNE MADSEN : A Masterful Move As Moscow Hosts Conference In Self-Determination

Putin squashes Obama like a bug

By Wayne Madsen

The U.S. Central Intelligence Agency and its "non-governmental organisation" carve outs and pass-through operations, including George Soros’s Open Society Institute and the U.S. National Endowment for Democracy (NED), are fond of interfering in Russian internal affairs by championing the secession of autonomous republics from Chechnya and Cherkessia to Karelia and Kaliningrad.

However, in a quite masterful stroke, Russia has given the West a taste of its own medicine by hosting this September a self-determination conference in Moscow titled "Dialogue of nations: the right to self-determination and the construction of a multipolar world." A previous conference with the same title and theme was held last December in Moscow. Both conferences were sponsored by the NGO, the Anti-Globalization Movement of Russia.

The December 2014 conference brought together delegates from Novorossiya (the republics of Donetsk and Lugansk), Trans Dniester Republic, Iran, Syria, the Bosnian Serb Republic, Italy, the United States, and a number of republics and regions of the Russian Federation. This year’s conference attracted delegates from Catalonia, the Kingdom of Hawaii, Puerto Rico (the Taino Nation of Boriken), Western Sahara, and Northern Ireland, among other nations seeking self-determination from the western neo-colonial yoke.

Most movements striving for self-determination and political autonomy in the world today are natural allies of the anti-globalist movement. It is such globalist constructs as the United Nations, European Union, African Union, and Organization of American States that suppress self-determination of people and nations, all in the interests of Western politico-military domination and the interests of multinational corporations to loot the natural resources belonging to native peoples.

Past attempts to create organizations representing aspirant nations and peoples have met with an eventual takeover by NGOs linked to the Soros and globalist networks of control. One such organization, the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization (UNPO), was created in 1991 after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. Headquartered in The Hague, UNPO soon drew the attention of unsavory globalist interests that were intent on neutralizing the independence aspirations of a number of territories and regions.

Obama licks the ass of Satan
When, in 2002, Karl von Habsburg, a former member of the European Parliament and the eldest son of Otto von Habsburg, the last crown prince of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, was appointed director-general of UNPO, the organization’s fate was sealed. Nothing says imperialism more than a pretender to the throne of the greatest enemy of the national aspirations of peoples and nations than the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the Habsburg monarchy.

As 19th century Hungarian freedom fighter and political leader Lajos Kossuth said, "the policy of the house of Austria, which aimed at destroying the independence of Hungary as a state, has been pursued for three hundred years."

There should be little wonder why globalist-controlled groups like UNPO and the United Nations Committee of 24 (the Special Committee on Decolonization) do not consider Scotland, Northern Ireland, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska to be colonial contrivances but the Anti-Globalization Movement of Russia does. To suggest that the United States is illegally controlling Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska is blasphemy to the globalists while UNPO pushes for independence for East Turkestan, Taiwan, and Tibet from China, Balochistan from Pakistan, and the Hmong people from Laos. The U.S. Central Intelligence Agency has long advanced the independence movements of the Uighurs, Taiwanese, Tibetans, Balochis, and Hmong. It is convenient to have NGOs like UNPO, run by people like the Habsburgs, to carry the CIA’s water on support for independence and nationalist movements.

The two meetings on self-determination and a multi-polar world held in Moscow because they have taken the debate on drawing new borders out of the hands of the corporate oligarchs who determine such matters behind closed doors in such secret conclaves as the Bilderberg and Davos conferences and among the Western leaders and their immediate subordinates at private meetings at United Nations and G-7 venues.

If the process toward nations achieving independence was fair, the Cook Islands would be welcomed as the 194th member of the United Nations at this year’s 70th session of the General Assembly. An associated state of New Zealand, the Cook Islands wished to apply to become a full member of the UN. The Cook Islands’ Prime Minister Henry Puna made his intentions clear to the world. The reasoning behind the desire of the Cook Islands to join the world body was based on its graduation from a "least developed country" (LCD) according to standards set by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), an organization binding together the world’s leading capitalist economies. Graduation from an LCD means that the Cook Islands lost needed OECD economic assistance, therefore, it wanted to be included in the UN assistance structure as a full member state.

However, New Zealand’s right-wing Prime Minister John Key, a habitué of the Bohemian Grove summer gathering north of San Francisco that annually brings together the same ilk who attend Bilderberg and Davos meetings, nixed Puna’s proposal. Key said that as long as Cook Islanders retained full New Zealand citizenship, they could not achieve independence. Although the Cook Islands celebrated 50 years of autonomous self-governing status in 2015, Key refused to allow the islands to negotiate a status that would give it enough autonomy to qualify it for UN membership.

Key was adamant against the Cook Islands joining the UN. He said that even if the UN granted the Cook Islands membership -- unlikely since two of New Zealand’s military and intelligence allies, the United States and Britain, wield a UN Security Council veto -- New Zealand would still prevent it. Key said that New Zealand adequately represents the Cook Islands in international settings like the UN. However, former Cook Islands Foreign Minister Wilkie Rasmussen disagreed. He said New Zealand has never treated the Cook Islands seriously on the international stage.

This is the type of neo-colonialist bullying and gratuitous patronage many territories and regions have seen from their governing powers – from that dished out by France to New Caledonia (Kanaky) and Polynesia in the south Pacific to that meted out by the Netherlands to Aruba, Curacao, St. Maarten, Saba, Bonaire, and St. Eustatius in the Caribbean.

The cold shoulder that the Cook Islands received from its colonial administrator, New Zealand, is similar to that experienced by the Danish self-governing territory of the Faroe Islands. When Kai Johannesen, the then-Prime Minister of the pro-unionist government of the Faroes, suggested UN membership for his country while still maintaining its union with Denmark, the proposal was dead on arrival in Copenhagen. For the power players of the West, determining what nations become members of the UN and other forms of recognition are left to those having merely a profit-oriented stake in the futures of emerging nations.

The annual Moscow gathering of nations and groups striving for self-determination has much room to grow in a world where nameless and faceless power brokers of the West decide the very fates of aspiring states. The recent Moscow conference on self-determination of nations was criticized by the house organs of the Soros-oriented elite – The Guardian and The Independent of the UK, the Kyiv Post, and Yahoo News included – as endangering the borders of Europe and North America. It is truly amazing how the globalist power centers react when another country puts their hypocrisy on full display for the entire world to see.

135 Civilians Killed In Alleged Coalition Airstrike On Yemen Wedding : VIDEO

Obama's Satanic administration and their Saudi apostate proxies continue to pile up bodies of innocent civilians

The bombing of a wedding party in Yemen by an apparent Saudi Arabia airstrike has killed 135 people. The Saudi-led coalition, which has air supremacy in the area, denied responsibility for the tragedy.

Two missiles tore through two tents in the Al-Wahijah village in southwestern Yemen, where a wedding celebration was underway. According to media reports, the ill-fated wedding reception was held by a local man affiliated with the Houthi rebels, who are being targeted by Saudi-led airstrikes.

The UN estimates that 135 people died in the attack. Many of the dead were women and children, witnesses said.

The bombed wedding celebration took place not far from the Red Sea port of Mokha, which has “witnessed aerial bombardment on many occasions,” Yemeni-based journalist, Muhammad Al-Attab, told RT.

UN chief Ban Ki-moon has condemned the airstrikes, once again stressing that “there is no military solution to the conflict.”

“This may be the single deadliest incident since the start of the conflict,” UN human rights agency spokesman Rupert Colville told reporters.

At least 80 women were killed in Saudi airstrike

A senior official in the Yemeni government told AP that attack was conducted by a Saudi-led coalition which struck the wedding by “mistake.”

"Great shooting!"
The coalition rejected the accusations saying that it did not carry out any airstrikes in the region.

“There have been no air operations by the coalition in that area for three days.

This is totally false news,” Coalition spokesman Brigadier-General Ahmed al-Asseri told Reuters.

“The coalition knows its responsibility and will always acknowledge a mistake if we make it. Take into consideration the chaotic situation in Yemen, with several armed elements and forces active around the country. Also, people sometimes cannot distinguish between canon, mortar and Katyusha (multiple launch rocket systems),” he added.

The tragedy in Al-Wahijah village is not the first time Coalition missiles have hit crowded places in Yemen, Belkis Wille from Human Rights Watch, said.

“There have been many airstrikes since the beginning of this war that led to large civilian casualty numbers. I’ve documented several strikes since the beginning of the war on market places, because market places are going to be crowded. In one strike you see 60-65 people killed all at once, all civilians,” she said. “By the laws of war you can’t target them, especially when there is no military around,” Wille said.

Sanaa-based political analyst, Hisham Omeisy, also pointed the finger at the Saudi-led forces, saying, “the Houthis don’t have fighter jets.”

“The UN and the international community need to directly condemn the Saudis for these attacks, they need to take a harder line,” he told RT.

The editor of London-based 'al-Quds al-Arabi' paper, Abdel Bari Atwan, called the bombing of the wedding “a massacre,” adding that “this is a daily routine now that Saudi-led coalition warplanes are bombing civilians in Yemen under the pretext of shelling the Houthis and Ali Abdullah Saleh’s opposition.”

Apostate Saudi murderers will not be able to buy their way out of mass killings

The Saudi-led coalition launched its anti-Houthi campaign in March, 2015, after the “Ansar Allah” Houthi movement captured huge territories in Yemen including the capital of Sana’a and the country’s second largest city, Aden. Official UN figures illustrate that almost 4,900 people have been killed since Saudi forces began their bombardment of Yemen.

The bombing of the wedding comes just a day after Saudi-led coalition helicopters reportedly killed more than 30 people – primarily civilians – in a northern Yemeni village.

Obama Deploys U.S. A-10 Warthogs Near Russian Border

Obama moves one step closer to provoking WWIII with Russia - using the U.S. military as bait; A-10s are low and slow ground support attack aircraft

By Andrei Akulov

At least 12 US A-10 attack planes landed in the Estonian Ämari Air Base on September 21-22 to participate in the joint exercises of Estonian and U.S. air forces to be held till November 13 in the Estonian airspace.

Nearing the end of his criminal administration,
Obama doubles-down on sparking WWIII
The event takes place in the framework of a wide program known under the name Atlantic Resolve. The training event increases the military presence in all NATO's eastern member states. This is already the third joint exercise of Estonia and US this year.

A-10 Thunderbolt II, more commonly known by its nicknames "Warthog" or "Hog," is U.S. Air Force’s primary low-altitude close air support aircraft.

The A-10 Thunderbolt II has great maneuverability at low air speeds and altitude. It is a highly accurate and survivable weapons-delivery platform.

The aircraft can loiter near battle areas for extended periods of time and operate in low ceiling and visibility conditions.

The wide combat radius and short takeoff and landing capability permit operations in and out of locations near front lines. A-10 can operate at night time. The aircraft can deploy a wide variety of conventional munitions, including general purpose bombs, cluster bomb units, laser guided bombs, joint direct attack munitions or JDAM, wind corrected munitions dispenser or WCMD, AGM-65 Maverick and AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles, rockets, illumination flares, and the GAU-8/A 30mm cannon, capable of firing 3,900 rounds per minute to defeat a wide variety of targets including tanks.

A-10's are tough, versatile machines; but no match for state of the art Russian anti-aircraft at low altitude

With the speed of 450 kts (Mach 0,75) and range of around 2600 miles it can reach the second largest Russian city of St. Petersburg in a short period of time (roughly 5 minutes) taking off from an airstrip in Estonia.

A-10 is a nuclear-capable aircraft. Critics say its deployment in Estonia constitutes a violation of the Treaty on Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. The five nuclear powers- the parties to the Treaty - agreed not to transfer «nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices» and "not in any way to assist, encourage, or induce» a non-nuclear weapon state (NNWS) to acquire nuclear weapons (Article I).

Obama doing his dead-level best to provoke
Russia and Putin into WWIII
In April, 10 Thunderbolts deployed to Romania to assist training Soviet-built MiG-21 aircraft of the Romanian air force.

Recent deployments have seen the U.S. military train with local forces in the Baltic and Balkan states, as well as Germany, Poland and Ukraine.

For instance, Hans Kristensen, the Director of the Nuclear Information Project at the Federation of American Scientists says that "With the new bombs the boundaries blur between tactical and strategic nuclear weapons."

There is another special feature to note. Ever since the first Gulf War the U.S. military has increasingly used radioactive depleted uranium munitions.

Against Iraq in 1991 they proved very effective at penetrating enemy armor. More recently in the Afghan campaign they were used extensively for destroying underground facilities and caves. For instance, A-10 Warthog with its GAU-8/A cannons extensively used depleted uranium ammunition (the 30 mm PGU-14/B API Armor-Piercing Incendiary munitions) in Gulf War I and in Kosovo.

The deployment takes place against certain background. In June the US announced the decision to store battle tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and other heavy weapons for as many as 5,000 American troops in several Baltic and Eastern European countries, American and allied officials say. Four F-22 fifth generation aircraft were deployed to Europe for training purposes this August. They are back to the States at present but could deploy to the old continent any time.

EU countries commit suicide by allowing Obama to station U.S. armor and military personnel on their soil

Gen. Frank Gorenc, Commander, U.S. Air Forces in Europe, told Breaking Defense that it’s a good practice for a wartime tactic: fly aircraft, ground crews, and support equipment into a bare-bones air base, conduct a quick operation, then move out before Russian bombers or missiles retaliate.

Gorenc wants to further expand the number of NATO base the Russians have to worry about through an initiative called "Rapid-X," which would move combat aircraft in and out of unimproved airfields with minimal facilities. The goal, he said, is "to generate combat power just at the right time, just in the right place. To meet the new threat," said Gorenc, "it’s pretty clear we’re going to have go back and start exercising some of the same stuff we used to do in the Cold War."

Obama's psycho General Frank Gorenc believes, as did Bush warmongering fruitcakes Rumsfeld and Powell that he can somehow take on the entire Russian army with a handful of  tanks and planes

These are bad news about escalating tensions in Europe. It may also happen in Syria with Russian and NATO aircraft striking the Islamic State without coordination to increase the danger of accident. But there is a silver lining. According to the New York Times, US President Barack Obama and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin are set to hold talks in New York on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly meeting. The leaders will meet on Monday, 28 September, authorities from both the countries have confirmed. It may give a new lease on life to military-to-military dialogue to address the burning issues, alleviate tensions and prevent accidents and misunderstanding.

UN Serves World Leaders "Landfill Salad" To Highlight Food Waste

As if these pedantic "elites" would ever dine on anything other than the finest; yet another bogus MSM corporate fantasy story packed with PC lies to desensitise the peasants, preparing them for the day when they will be eating garbage dump offal and drinking recycled sewage water

When 30 world leaders sat down to lunch at the United Nations, they weren’t treated to a fancy meal that the political crème de la crème are accustomed to. Instead, they ate items like “landfill salad,” “chickpea water” and “repurposed bread bun.”

The US-themed menu at the UN’s Sunday lunch was prepared by world-renowned chefs, and designed to highlight food waste and how agricultural production contributes to climate change.

It was a far cry from Monday’s lunch, where heads of state dined on smoked trout and cucumber timbale, caramelised beef short ribs and spiced wild berry compote. US President Barack Obama and Russian President Vladimir Putin toasted each other with glasses of rosé at the luncheon.

“It’s the prototypical American meal but turned on its head,” prominent New York chef Dan Barber, who helped design the menu, told AFP. “Instead of the beef, we’re going to eat the corn that feeds the beef. The challenge is to create something truly delicious out of what we would otherwise throw away.”

Barber and former White House chef Sam Kass worked together to create the vegetarian meal. Kass is known as the architect of US First Lady Michelle Obama’s anti-obesity campaign called Let’s Move.

"Preeze to berrieve us! It is DERRICIOUS!!"

"Our lunch was produced from food that would otherwise end up in landfills, emitting methane, a potent greenhouse gas," UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon Ban told reporters.

Food production and agriculture contribute as much to climate change as transportation does, he noted.

Rich corporate MSM swine roll out 24/7 propaganda blitz attempting to convince Americans they should be thankful for their pauperisation and financial destitution

“More than a third of all food produced worldwide ‒ over one billion tonnes of edible food each year ‒ goes to waste,” Ban said. “That is shameful when so many people suffer from hunger."

According to UN figures, more than a quarter ‒ 28 percent ‒ of agricultural lands around the world go to produce food that is lost or wasted, the equivalent of 3.3 billion tonnes of carbon responsible for climate change.

So Barber and Kass composed lunch items out of compost. The “landfill salad” was made from unwanted vegetable scraps salvaged from the waste of big food producers, rejected apples and pears, and dressed with the liquid drained from a can of chickpeas. “Spent grain bread” was baked from grain mash normally tossed out by brewers and distilleries.

The veggie burger consisted of “off-grade vegetables,” cucumber scraps from the pickling industry, “pulp left over from juicing,” and was served on a “repurposed bread bun.” “Cow corn fries” served as a side dish, made from field corn ‒ different from sweet corn that people usually eat ‒ that represents 99 percent of the corn grown in the US. It is used to feed cattle. “Bruised beet ketchup” was the condiment.

For dessert, “cocoa husk custard” was made from the outer shell of a cocoa bean, the dried skin and the material leftover after pressing nuts for oil.

Kass dreamed up the themed lunch after he learned of the year-end UN climate negotiations in Paris, he told AFP. Those talks aim to create a far-reaching global agreement to tackle climate change. Yet the world leaders heading to those negotiations weren’t talking about food waste, “except in small environmental circles,” he said.

It’s not the first time that Barber has tackled the food waste concept. Earlier this year he ran a pop-up restaurant in New York City that featured food scraps.

“The idea of doing a ‘waste dinner’ would not have existed in the 1700s,” he said. “The westernised conception of a plate of food is enormously wasteful because we’ve been able to afford waste.”

He hopes that the menu is enough to get the world leaders ‒ including Ban and the meal’s hosts, French President Francois Hollande and Peruvian President Ollanta Humala.‒ to spread the message of the dangers of food waste, gradually changing food culture.

“The long-term goal of this would be not to [be able to] create a waste meal,” Barber said. “You don’t do that by lecturing ‒ you do it by hedonism, by making these world leaders have a delicious meal that will make them think about spreading that message.”

We have already discussed in the first part of this analysis how the American geography dooms whoever controls the territory to being a global power, but there are a number of other outcomes that shape what that power will be like. The first and most critical is the impact of that geography on the American mindset.

On October 12, 2002 the Indonesian island of Bali experienced a terrorist attack that rocked the world. It was unquestionably well-coordinated and executed, the largest in the country's history.
