The Toxic Exposure Research Act asks Veterans Affairs to create a center to research the effects of toxic exposures on vets, their children and their grandchildren, as well as declassifying some events of toxic exposure,
reports The Detroit News’

Dan Benishek, R-Michigan, and Rep.
Mike Honda, D-California, who introduced it.
However, it’s more than the 2015 budget and includes money already set aside last year in advance appropriations.
