USS Vella Gulf to enter Black Sea in support of Ukrainian fascists

Another American vessel, the Vella Gulf, is traveling towards the Black Sea. It is expected that the ship will go through the straits of the Black Sea on May 23. The cruiser will enter the sea on the eve of presidential elections in Ukraine, scheduled for May 25. American diplomats stressed that the United States “wanted to support the actions of the new Ukrainian authorities” through the presence of US warships in the Black Sea.

USS Vella Gulf
The Vella Gulf is armed with Tomahawk cruise missiles, ACPOK, and antisubmarine and antiaircraft Standard-2 and Standard-3 missiles. The ship carries the total of 122 missiles on board. The vessel also has two multipurpose helicopters.

In accordance with the Montreux Convention, warships of non-coastal states can not stay in the Black Sea for more than 21 days.

Thus, in case the Vella Gulf enters the Black Sea on May 23, she will have to leave the region no later than June 13. Noteworthy, American ships have violated the Montreux regime before.

China Suspends Cyber Working Group Activities With U.S. To Protest Bogus Cyber Theft Indictment

Holder suddenly springs to life in newest China provocations by Obama criminals; any excuse to divert attention from VAGate, BenghaziGate, IRSGate, CIAGate, NSAGate:  What happened to Holder's contempt of Congress citations?

BEIJING --

China on Monday decided to suspend activities of the China-U.S. Cyber Working Group as U.S. announced indictment against five Chinese military officers on allegation of cyber theft.

Grand Jury needs to be convened for Holder
"Given the lack of sincerity on the part of the U.S. to solve issues related to cyber security through dialogue and cooperation, China has decided to suspend activities of the China-U.S. Cyber Working Group," said Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang regarding the U.S. Justice Department's announcement on Monday.

The US side announced on Monday indictment against five Chinese military officers on allegation of cyber theft.

This U.S. move, which is based on intentionally-fabricated facts, grossly violates the basic norms governing international relations and jeopardizes China-U.S. cooperation and mutual trust, Qin said.

China lodged protest with the US side right after the announcement, urging the US side to immediately correct its mistakes and withdraw the "indictment", he said.

The position of the Chinese government on cyber security is consistent and clear-cut. China is steadfast in upholding cyber security. The Chinese government, the Chinese military and their relevant personnel have "never engaged or participated" in cyber theft of trade secrets. The U.S. accusation against Chinese personnel is "purely ungrounded and with ulterior purpose," Qin said.

The future for Holder and master Obama
Qin said it is a fact criticized by other countries and global media that the US government and relevant departments have long been involved in large-scale and organized cyber theft as well as wiretapping and surveillance activities against foreign political leaders, companies and individuals.

China is a victim of severe U.S. cyber theft, wiretapping and surveillance activities.

Large amounts of publicly disclosed information show that relevant U.S. institutions have been conducting cyber intrusion, wiretapping and surveillance activities against Chinese government departments, institutions, companies, universities and individuals, according to the spokesman.

China has, on many occasions, made serious representations with the U.S. side, Qin said, "We once again strongly urge the U.S. side to make a clear explanation of what it has done and immediately stop such kind of activities."

Qin warned that China would react further to the U.S. "indictment" as the situation evolves.

Afghan Notebook : Life Inside Afghan Women's Prisons

Life for Afghan women has changed little to none since illegal invasion by U.S., UK, NATO forces and continues to spiral downwards; Bush, Blair now attempting to sanitise each other in face of growing calls for war crimes trials

The release of 29 inmates from Kabul's Badam-Bagh women's prison once again raises questions over whether some of those inside are held unlawfully.

Afghan apostates imprison women on bogus charges
Many of those freed this month had been held after running away from home - escaping from a forced marriage or domestic violence is not uncommon in Afghanistan.

Running away from home is not a criminal offence, and some of the released women told the BBC that they were jailed without ever going to court.

Some said they were imprisoned without conviction for up to two years.

The women's affairs ministry is looking for shelters to take the women, who are unable to return home after their release.

As they walked through the prison gates, they left behind a unique place - even by the standards of Afghan justice.

Because in Badam-Bagh, Kabul's only women prison, convicted drug traffickers and murderers mix with women accused of "moral crimes", as well as dozens of children held alongside their mothers.

Prisoner Nuria with her infant boy at Badam Bagh
When I visited the prison a few months back I found a place that appeared to be in constant upheaval. Two dozen small rooms are spread over three floors with around eight women sharing a room and the inmates I met were complaining about crammed conditions.

The prison perimeter is guarded by policemen, but the main building is entirely secured by female staff.

The atmosphere between prisoners and their guards is often tense.

Infighting

Inside I came face to face with a young girl called Qabela who had been jailed for travelling from Badakhshan to Kabul with a young boy and for sleeping with him before marriage.

Her teeth were damaged and her right hand injured.

"I broke my teeth and injured my hand because I fight with anyone," she told me, "with my roommates, officers and guards."

Raped and impregnated by her attacker, 19-year-old Gulnaz reported the assault to police, but instead of receiving help she was charged with “adultery” and given a 12-year sentence with her infant daughter in the infamous Badam Bagh jail in Kabul

"I remember when I tried to escape," Qabela says. "I have mental problems I guess and an eye weakness because they used spray on me when I fought with them."

Violence is common at Badam-Bagh.

Fareeda a female officer, told me that one of the prisoners tried to suffocate her while she was on duty.

"They are fearless," she says. "The prison is under their control and they do what they want."

She then showed me the spot where a glass of water had hit the guard room wall, thrown by an inmate as Fareeda was taking shelter.

She says a small number of the prisoners provoke the rest, creating chaos.

There is no closed circuit TV inside the building and no footage which would back up these stories, but another inmate Zahraa blamed the prison staff for having a bad attitude.

She herself has been accused of bullying fellow prisoners, but says that with so many women from different backgrounds and experiences, occasional fights are only natural.

"Imagine a bride and her mother in-law in a house - even they can't come together. Then how do you expect these poor prisoners to do so."

Zarafshan Nayebi is in charge of the prison, and she told me they don't want to use force to establish control of the prison.

"We often show tolerance with the prisoners," she told me in her office.

Jail Children

Amid the tension and upheaval there are concerns about the welfare of more than 50 children and babies living in Badam-Bagh, imprisoned alongside their mothers.

I saw a bunch of kids playing in the dark corridors in unsanitary conditions.

One woman who has been serving a 14-year term since 2012, has been jailed with her five children. She told me she's scared that her kids will one day ask her why they were deprived of their freedom.

"They will be young boys and girls when I reach my release date and I know they will ask me what their crimes were," she says while playing with her little girl.

Badam-Bagh is located beside a cemetery in a quiet area of Kabul.

It currently houses over 200 prisoners, mostly Afghans, held for a multitude of reasons, from murder and kidnapping to adultery or simply for "running away from home".

Human rights groups have long complained that many women are locked up in Afghanistan simply for fleeing their homes, often from forced marriages or domestic abuse.

The lobby group Human Rights Watch last year reported that 600 women had been imprisoned for "moral crimes", over 100 of them under 18 years old.

And these women face problems even before they come to Badam-Bagh or similar institutions elsewhere.

One young prisoner called Khalida who was detained for running away from home told me she'd been propositioned by a prosecutor dealing with her case.

She says he asked her for sexual favours in return for going free. "I rather come here than to sleep with that man," Khalida told me.

The government has long promised to address cases of women held without having committed a criminal offence or being convicted.

These latest releases may go some way towards that goal, but as long as domestic violence persists, the problem of women jailed without a crime will continue.

White House Can’t Find Critical Letter On Iraq War From Blair To Bush

What a surprise, another "missing" piece of critical evidence: The illegal Iraq war cover-up continues however there is no statute of limitations on mass-murder; Bush, Blair, Cheney, Rice, Rumsfeld, Powell, Franks, Feith, Wolfowitz, Betrayus, Perle, Perino et al. all headed for war crimes trials

The British inquiry into the 2003 Iraq War has hit a major stumbling block, as White House officials have been unable to find an “absolutely critical” letter sent by former Prime Minister Tony Blair to George W. Bush.

Retarded murderer tries to sanitise Blair with phoney medal
Although public hearings regarding the Iraq War's buildup have been finished since 2011, when exactly the publication of the Iraq Inquiry will occur remains unknown.

According to the Telegraph, the primary issue holding back the probe’s results is a debate over letters sent between Bush and Blair, one of which has reportedly gone missing.

The letter in question was originally penned by Blair in 2003 – before the UK’s House of Commons voted on whether or not to support an invasion – and allegedly stated, in its opening line, “You know, George, whatever you decide to do, I'm with you.”

Bush war whore Perino - to prison
Referred to as the “with you whatever” letter, inquiry leader Sir John Chilcot is looking to publish it alongside other Bush-Blair correspondence. Many have portrayed the letter as evidence of Blair offering Bush absolute and uncritical support for his desire to go to war, but the problem now is that White House officials say they can't find it.

“The lawyers are taking months to evaluate the letters and decide whether to release them,” the Telegraph stated. “However, they claim not to have been able to locate the ‘with you whatever’ letter.”

For his part, Blair has denied that the reported wording of his letter is accurate. The document’s contents were first brought to public attention in a book titled “The End of the Party,” by Andrew Rawnsley.

Banging on the bongos like a chimpanzee:  Drunken retard makes a fool of himself as thousands of U.S. military personnel die in the illegal Iraq war he started to seize oil resources

This isn’t the first time that disputes over the Bush-Blair letters have been reported. Just last week, the Daily Mail reported that Chilcot wrote to the UK’s Home Office minister Norman Baker and confirmed that the delay is due to the fact that talks “about the disclosure of sensitive documents are not yet concluded.”

In response, Blair was blamed for holding up publication of the investigation – an allegation the former leader himself has dismissed.

Bush responsible for THIS:  "Mainstream media" frauds at Fox News now attempting to sanitise war criminals Bush and Cheney; will see their disgusting, illiterate Iraq war propaganda princess Dana Perino prosecuted for war crimes and imprisoned with her master Bush

“The way the Blair government handled the Iraq war is perhaps the most shameful episode in the history of our democracy,” Baker said. “The fact Tony Blair appears now to be holding up the proper release of information is a disgrace.”

Government officials have stated that while they’re interested in publishing as much content as they can, they must also take into account national security concerns and weigh whether or not making these records public would affect the relationship between the US and UK going forward.

Speaking on the issue a couple of days later, British Prime Minister David Cameron said the wait has been “frustrating,” but added that publication should occur before 2014 is over.

“My understanding is that they will be able to publish before the end of the year and I very much hope they can deliver on that timetable,” he said, according to the Telegraph. “The public wants to see the answers of the inquiry and I think we shouldn’t have to wait too much longer.”
