Obama's High School Pot Dealer He Thanked For The 'Good Times' Beaten To Death With Hammer By Gay Lover

Disgusting:  Obama also exposed by investigative journalist Wayne Madsen during his investigation in Jakarta in 2011

By Richard Alleyne

Raymond Boyer was known as 'Gay Ray' to Obama and his marijuana smoking 'Choom Gang' of privately-educated kids at Hawaiian high school;

Ray was bludgeoned to death with a hammer in 1986, seven years after he supplied the future president and his friends with drugs;

Lover Andrew Devere, a male prostitute, gave police a variety of reasons for the murder
He said surfer Boyer put him down constantly and broke wind in his face;

Court documents uncovered for the first time by MailOnline;

Choom is island slang for pot smoking and group went on excursions to countryside to get high and party, sometimes in Ray’s surf van;

Devere is now living on the mainland after serving his life sentence;

Obama last week said marijuana was no more dangerous than alcohol;

Devere's new wife Elizabeth told MailOnline doing drugs is fine if you are rich and 'have the tools to deal with it' but not if you are poor with problems.

President Obama’s high school pot dealer who he thanked in his yearbook for the 'good times' was beaten to death by his lover after a series of fights over flatulence and drugs, MailOnline can reveal today.
Raymond Boyer, known as 'Gay Ray' to Obama and his marijuana smoking 'Choom Gang', was bludgeoned to death with a hammer seven years after he sold the future president and his friends drugs.

His lover Andrew Devere, a male prostitute, gave police a laundry list of reasons for the killing, including that Boyer, a surfer and unemployed chef, constantly put him down, made him beg for drugs and had a habit of breaking wind in his face.

The sordid end to the life of Boyer at 37 was in direct contrast to the young men he supplied drugs to who all went on to lead successful and productive lives.
Since getting high with Obama and his private school educated friends he lost his job as the manager of a local pizzeria and ended up on welfare living above a car repair shop.

The full extent of Ray's grisly end and the bizarre reasons for it were set out in mitigation by Devere, who was jailed for life for the murder.

Appeal court documents from 1991, uncovered for the first time by MailOnline, reveal Devere killed Boyer on New Year’s Day 1986 because: Boyer was killing a friend of his by supplying that friend with drugs; Boyer embarrassed Devere and put him down in front of other people; Boyer had developed a habit of farting in Devere's face; Boyer once attacked Devere with a knife, slicing Devere's finger; Boyer made Devere beg for drugs.
Finally, the documents say the last straw came on the morning that Devere killed Boyer when the victim had refused to give Devere money to buy medication to soothe the murderer's sore throat.

Obama has never hidden his drug taking youth and recently put on record that he felt that marijuana was no worse than alcohol.
He mentioned in his own autobiography that he took drugs. And David Maraniss’s book ‘Barack Obama: The Story’ revealed the existence of the Choom Gang (Choom is slang for smoking pot) and their dealer 'Ray'.

It was even known that 'Ray' had been murdered but only now can the MailOnline can reveal the full tragic story of his life.
Experiments: Obama, 18, who was only just beginning to explore his black roots – having been brought up by his white grandparents – was a leading member of a group called the Choom Gang

Raymond Boyer, originally from California, was an athletic surfer who earned a living as the day manager of a pizza restaurant near the private school where Obama and his teenage friends were taught in Hawaii.

Mama Mia Pizza restaurant, which also had a bar, was at the centre of a thriving university scene in Honolulu during the counter culture days of 1979.
Unlike Bill Clinton Obama inhaled and now openly admits it
At the time, marijuana – or pakalolo as it was known locally - was flourishing on the island. It was grown in the hills and sold and smoked openly on the streets and beaches.

Boyer, 30 at the time, lived the archetypal hippy existence, sleeping in an old bus with two pet monkeys, and enjoying in full the promiscuous and hedonistic lifestyle of the gay community on the Pacific island.

He also dealt drugs to friends - and it was through supplying marijuana that he came into contact with the young Obama, known as Barry, who was attending Punahou school nearby.

Obama, 18, who was only just beginning to explore his black roots – having been brought up by his white grandparents – was a leading member of a group called the Choom Gang.

Choom is island slang for pot smoking and the group went on excursions to the countryside where they would get high and party, sometimes in Ray’s surf van.
Party bus: Obama and the Choom Gang used to go to parties in the hills in Ray's surf van (file photo) and get high. Weed was rife in Hawaii during the counter-culture years of the 1970s and often smoked openly

The gang, whose other passions were beer and basketball, even made up rules about the smoking of 'bud'.

One of them was that you skipped a turn if you did not inhale properly and the other, a favorite of Obama, was that you could grab an extra drag of a joint if you elbowed in and shouted 'intercepted'.
The young Obama popularized the concept of 'roof hits', when all the windows of a car were rolled up so you could suck up the last bit of smoke from the ceiling.

'Wasting good bud smoke was not tolerated,' Tom Topolinski, one member of the Choom Gang, told Maraniss.

'Barry also had a knack for interceptions. When a joint was making the rounds, he often elbowed his way in, out of turn, shouted "Intercepted!", and took an extra hit. No one seemed to mind.'

Ray, although older, was an integral part of the gang, known for his ability to 'score good bud' and drive them up nearby Mount Tantalus to party.
Andrew Devere sentenced to life
He even got a mention in Obama's school yearbook as the teenager wrote his thanks to: 'Tut [his grandmother], Gramps, Choom Gang, and Ray for all the good times.'

While the other members of the gang went onto university and careers as lawyers, writers and businessmen, Ray’s wild life was just beginning to unravel.

He lost his job at Mama Mia’s and lived above a car repair shop in a rundown area of downtown Honolulu.

His relationships became ever more sordid and he ended up sleeping with a gay prostitute drug addict called Andrew Devere, 17 years his junior.

This was to be his undoing.

As he slept on New Year’s Day 1986, Devere, upset with Ray’s treatment of him, eretook a claw hammer and literally beat his brains out. His body was not found until eight days later.

Devere said that he had meant to shoot Boyer but could not get a gun and was planning to kill him at night but he fell asleep. He finally bludgeoned him to death the next morning.
He said: 'I wasn't mad at him at the time that I did it.... But I knew I had to do it because.... later on ... I knew that I would, you know, I would forget about how he treated me'.

Devere, who jailed for life for the murder but released in 2007, has since moved to the mainland.

He now has a wife and although has since been convicted of minor drug offenses holds down a job.

He is too traumatized to talk about his old life but his wife, Elizabeth, told MailOnline that the gruesome episode was a warning to anyone.

'He is embarrassed about it but I told him that you cannot run from it,' she said. 'Drugs always alter your mind. I have a past myself. Because of the drugs and his lifestyle it was a really tough environment to survive in.

'He survived by being a prostitute. I think drugs affect people in different ways. It depends how you are brought up.

'If you have the right tools to deal with them then it’s okay. But if not they definitely subtract from the good.'

JOE LAURIA : "A History Of Fear"

Obama's reign of terror fast coming to an end thanks to Edward Snowden

By Joe Lauria

Despite the deep embarrassment and outrage caused by continuing revelations of the National Security Agency's abuse of power, meaningful reform is unlikely because at heart the Edward Snowden story is about money - and political power. And Snowden has threatened both.
President Obama is considering adopting some NSA reforms recommended by a White House panel. But don't bet on him going too far.

Federal District Court Judge Richard Leon's ruling that the controversial NSA programs are "almost Orwellian" and may be unconstitutional was as encouraging as the judge in the ACLU case was discouraging.
Most telling in Leon's judgement was his statement that the abusive NSA practices have not stopped one terrorist attack. But don't count on the government to suddenly start telling the truth about the real level of the terrorist threat.

False fear is what their operation is built on. If the disturbing NSA programs are ultimately judged unjustified and unconstitutional and have to be shut down or curtailed, billions of dollars in contracts and careers would be at stake. And that's why the government will continue to exaggerate the terrorism threat while pursuing Snowden.

It is the government's last line of defense: that the NSA must do these things to protect the American people from what is really a minimal threat. "National security" is the justification to collect every American's phone records, emails and Internet traffic and millions of other people's around the globe.
Edward Snowden
But is it the nation's security Snowden has risked, or the interests of a relatively few wealthy and powerful contractors and government officials? Terrorism exists. But are false fears of a rare attack whipped up to link those powerful interests with the entire population's to win their support for programs that protecwealth and power from the American public and the elites of other nations?

First there was the color-coded terror alerts. Obama did away with that. But we still take our shoes off at the airport and get x-rayed. Tom Ridge, the first Homeland Security chief, said he was pressured to raise the terrorism alert for political reasons. He ran an entirely new $40 billion-a-year department, with its own security force and private contracts, created because of a single major attack.

When Boston was hit - only the second significant attack in decades - paramilitary police terrorized the whole city, marching innocent people out of their homes at gunpoint. Many of what the government trumpets as disrupted plots over the past few years have been actually engineered by FBI informants, stoking more unnecessary fear. And politicians, law enforcement and the media constantly chatter about terrorism, as if the next attack could happen any minute.

A device goes off every day in Iraq, Pakistan and Syria. Britain endured an IRA bombing campaign. But there's nothing like that in the U.S. In fact you are nine times more likely to choke to death, eight times more likely to be killed by a cop, 1,048 times more likely to die in a car crash and 87 times more likely to drown than die in a terrorist attack.

Put another way, your risk of dying from a fireworks accident is 1 in 652,046. The risk from dying from terrorism is 14 times smaller. The State Department says only 17 Americans were killed by terrorists in 2011, and that includes in Iraq and Afghanistan.

A History of Hype

Hyping fear that results in profit and political power unfortunately has a long history in the United States. Mass hysteria against imagined threats for the gain of a few is ingrained in American culture.

Playwright Arthur Miller criticized the anti-communist hype of McCarthyism in The Crucible, showing that orchestrated fear about phantom threats in order to benefit a select group of people reaches back to America's Puritan past.

To get the people behind a war that was of no concern to them but instead to a powerful and wealthy few, President Woodrow Wilson created the Creel Committee. It was a propaganda ministry that became the precursor of modern public relations. It whipped up American fear and hatred of Germans and anyone who opposed the war.

Wilson's repressive 1918 Seditions Act then made it a crime to use "disloyal, profane, scurrilous, or abusive language" about the government, the flag or armed services during World War I.
As Marine Corps Brigadier General Smedley Butler said about the First World War: "Beautiful ideals were painted for our boys who were sent out to die. This was the 'war to end wars.' This was the 'war to make the world safe for democracy.' No one told them that dollars and cents were the real reasons. No one mentioned to them, as they marched away, that their going and their dying would mean huge war profits." About American motives for entering the war, Butler said:

"The normal profits of a business concern in the United States are six, eight, ten, and sometimes twelve per cent. But wartime profits -- ah! that is another matter -- twenty, sixty, one hundred three hundred, and even eighteen hundred percent -- the sky is the limit. All the traffic will bear. Uncle Sam has the money. Let's get it. Of course, it isn't put that crudely in wartime. It is dressed into speeches about patriotism, love of country, and 'we must all put our shoulder to the wheel,' but the profits jump and leap and skyrocket -- and are safely pocketed."

Butler said the du Pont's average 1910-1914 profit of $6 million a year soared to $58 million a year from 1914 to 1918. "Take one of our little steel companies that so patriotically shunted aside the making of rails and girders and bridges to manufacture war materials," he wrote of Bethlehem Steel, whose average annual profits soared from $6 million to $49 million. Profits soared for a host of other industries, feasting on the taxpayers.

After the Second World War, careers were built on the same kind of hysteria about communism that we are now seeing about terrorism. The Soviet Union was devastated by the war. Yet U.S. administrations inflated Moscow's military capabilities to get more military spending from Congress. That enriched a military industry that had pulled the U.S. out of the Depression.

Once the war was over the economy tanked again and there was widespread fear of a new Depression. Overblowing the Soviet threat saved the aircraft industry and military spending jumpstarted the post-war economy.

To build up this new, lucrative national security state, Truman instituted the first peacetime draft and transformed the Executive Branch, giving it much more power than the Constitution intended. In July 1947, Truman changed the country probably for good by signing the National Security Act. It set up the Defense Department, the National Security Council and the CIA. In 1952 he wrote a classified letter establishing the NSA.

A phony "missile gap," with the Soviets, bogus claims to Congress admitted by Gen. Lucius Clay that Moscow was planning war, and McCarthy's communist witch hunt were among the tactics used. They cemented the surveillance state at home and Cold War abroad, both yielding power for politicians and profits for military contractors.

With the end of the Cold War, the exaggerated terrorist threat became a convenient replacement for the Soviet Union. False fears of Saddam Hussein's links to the 9/11 attack whipped up support for the illegal 2003 invasion of Iraq, which also did not threaten the U.S., creating a boondoggle for a plethora of new military contractors.

We saw hysterical attacks on French culture -- including pouring wine down sewers - hyped by the news media because France opposed the war.

Tragedy and Shame of Our Time

James Bamford, the country's most experienced writer on the National Security Agency, points out that when you drive down the Baltimore-Washington Parkway past Fort Meade, behind the trees on your right is the vast campus of the NSA. But across the street on your left are the offices of the handful of private-sector contractors that have a made a bundle off the so-called War on Terror.

An estimated 80 percent of the NSA's approximate $10 billion annual budget goes to these contractors. Personnel changes hands too. James Clapper, the current director of national intelligence, was an executive at Snowden's former employer, Booz Allen Hamilton. Mike McConnell left Booz Allen to be the first DNI and then returned to it after he left government. Ex-CIA director James Woolsey works at the firm. The company is owned by the Carlyle Group, one of the biggest military contractors. Their incomes depend on the programs Snowden is exposing.
CIA coward, mass murderer, traitor James Woolsey
It is no surprise then, that Woolsey was quoted as saying: "I think giving him amnesty is idiotic. He should be prosecuted for treason. If convicted by a jury of his peers, he should be hanged by the neck until he is dead."

That stretch of the Parkway and a collection of military contractors near the Pentagon in northern Virginia form the nexus of the military- industrial cooperation fueled by exaggerated fear that President Dwight Eisenhower warned could threaten American democracy.

Less well known is President Truman's astounding admission. The man who was as responsible as anyone for hyping the Cold War wrote after reflecting on his life:

"The demagogues, crackpots and professional patriots had a field day pumping fear into the American people. ... Many good people actually believed that we were in imminent danger of being taken over by the Communists and that our government in Washington was Communist riddled. So widespread was this campaign that it seemed no one would be safe from attack. This was the tragedy and shame of our time."

The Soviet Union at least had a massive standing army and a nuclear arsenal. It fought proxy wars with the U.S., mostly in Africa and Asia. Terrorists do not have such capabilities.

Yet the government and established media (there are media careers at stake too, evidenced by the attacks on Glenn Greenwald) hammer into us that terrorists pose an existential threat to the United States and that unconstitutional surveillance and perpetual war are therefore justified.

The rare public figure will admit the hype. Zbigniew Brzezinski, President Jimmy Carter's national security adviser, testified to Congress in 2007 that it was a "simplistic and demagogic narrative" to compare the threat of Islamist terrorism to either Nazism or Stalinism. "Most Muslims are not embracing Islamic fundamentalism;" he said, "al Qaeda is an isolated fundamentalist Islamist aberration."

A more realistic danger than terrorism to Americans is other Americans with guns. There are nearly 3,000 deaths by gunfire every month in the United States. That is one 9/11 every 30 days. Yet terrorism is hyped and gun violence is explained away.

That's because of money too. As the bodies from Columbine, Aurora and Newtown pile up, the gun manufacturer's lobby, the National Rifle Association, plays down the role of guns because it is bad for business.

Orchestrated 'Plots'

NSA director General Keith Alexander says the reason there are so few terrorists attacks is due to the very NSA programs Snowden has exposed. He testified before Judge Leon's ruling that at least 50 terrorist plots have been disrupted since 9/11 because of NSA surveillance. Alexander gave details only about a handful. What isn't known is how many of these plots were actually FBI sting operations, initiated and carried out by the feds using informants.
American traitor Alexander headed for prison
As Federal Judge Colleen McMahon said about one of these stings: "The essence of what occurred here is that a government, understandably zealous to protect its citizens from terrorism, came upon a man [the supposed terrorism ringleader] both bigoted and suggestible, one who was incapable of committing an act of terrorism on his own. ...

"It [the F.B.I.] created acts of terrorism out of his fantasies of bravado and bigotry, and then made those fantasies come true. ... The government did not have to infiltrate and foil some nefarious plot - there was no nefarious plot to foil."

Having covered Susan Rice when she was U.S. ambassador at the U.N. since 2009, I asked her through her spokesman the following question as she prepared to leave to become National Security Advisor last summer:

"A country like Pakistan suffers a terrorist attack nearly every day but terrorism inside the U.S. has fortunately been very rare before and after 9/11. Do you believe the U.S. exaggerates the threat of terrorism, which has justified controversial NSA programs, and if so, in your new job will you work for a more realistic assessment of the terrorism threat?"

It is not surprising she wouldn't answer. It is hard to know how many of the elite who benefit financially and politically from the surveillance state and perpetual war believe the terrorism hype themselves.

But one thing is certain. They have to keep the fear going and get Snowden to make an example of him and stop future leaks. Their careers may depend on it.

How U.S. Can Avoid ‘Looming Catastrophe’

Impeach Obama - the final solution to the White House criminals

By Dr. Kevin Barrett

Dr. Michael Scheuer headed the CIA’s Bin Laden unit during the 1990s, and has written bestselling books about his experiences. He believes al-Qaeda is a serious and still-growing threat to the United States.
But according to Dr. Scheuer, the real Middle Eastern threat is not just al-Qaeda. Two Middle Eastern states - Israel and Saudi Arabia - have corrupted America’s political system and served as al-Qaeda’s allies.

In an exclusive interview with Truth Jihad Radio, Dr. Scheuer lambasted the American Zionists who have been harassing him since he began speaking out about America’s subservience to Israel, and the danger it poses:

“I don’t know if they’re unstable, or just frenetic. But they are extraordinarily vicious people, in terms of what they write to me, in terms of what they write to my employers, in terms of what they put in public print. But at the end of the day, they’re defending an indefensible position. They’re defending, in many respects, a position that’s absolutely treasonous to the United States, and incompatible with being an American citizen.”

Scheuer’s four books lay out the case that top US leaders have shown little interest in protecting Americans from the threat of catastrophic terrorism. This failure, he says, is largely due to the corruption of the American political process, as the Zionists and Saudis buy politicians and even gain control over the White House:

“When I worked for the CIA, if we were gathering information, or some kind of a collection effort that was benefiting the United States but really didn’t have any pertinence to another foreign country, if the Israelis found out about it, or if the Saudis found out about it, and you refused to share the information with them because it really had nothing to do with them or their national security, they were the two countries on earth who could call the White House, bypass the intelligence community, and get the White House to order the release of that information to them.”

During his tenure as chief of the CIA’s Bin Laden unit from 1996 to 1999, Michael Scheuer says he had ten opportunities to capture or kill Bin Laden. Each time, he was ordered to desist. It was almost as if Bin Laden was being protected by higher-ups.

After 9/11, Bin Laden was supposedly the most wanted criminal on earth. Yet, he still seemed to be enjoying American protection! As I wrote in my book “Questioning the War on Terror:”

“If the Bush Administration really wanted to catch Bin Laden and his associates, why did it seemingly go out of its way to let them escape? After American forces and their Northern Alliance had surrounded Kabul in November 2001, a huge convoy of ‘at least 1,000 cars and trucks’ carrying top al-Qaeda leaders, presumably including Bin Laden, jammed the main road out of Kabul from eight a.m. until three a.m.; a local businessman said ‘it must have been easy for American planes to see the headlights.’ People in Kabul knew what was going on and were amazed that the Americans, who had Kabul under a microscope, didn’t bomb the convoy. ‘We don’t understand how they weren’t all killed’ said one local businessman.”

“From Kabul, al-Qaeda forces moved to Jalalabad, and U.S. intelligence agencies reported that Bin Laden was among them. A Knight-Ridder news report described how, once again, U.S. forces seemed to go out of their way to let Bin Laden escape: ‘American intelligence analysts concluded that Bin Laden and his retreating fighters were preparing to flee across the border. But the U.S. Central Command, which was running the war, made no move to block their escape.”

“On November 14th, the U.S.-directed Northern Alliance took Jalalabad. That night, once again, a huge al-Qaeda convoy of over 1,000 vehicles openly left town without any interference. As the massive convoy pulled out, U.S. planes bombed the Jalalabad Airport but allowed Bin Laden and his thousands of associates to escape by land.”

“From Jalalabad, Bin Laden and his followers reached Tora Bora. American planes bombed one of the two roads from Tora Bora to Pakistan, but left the other one alone. Naturally, Bin Laden and friends took the road that was free from interference. U.S. troops could have easily been assigned to blockade all escape routes. Instead, the U.S. military surrounded the al-Qaeda convoy on three sides only, leaving an open road to Pakistan. According to the London Telegraph, ‘the battle for Tora Bora looks more like a grand charade.’ Tora Bora locals and American whistleblowers say that mysterious black helicopters came and went unimpeded by U.S. forces, ferrying al-Qaeda and Taliban leaders to safety in Pakistan.”

“Not long after U.S. forces apparently went out of their way to let Bin Laden escape - and just six months after the destruction of the World Trade Center - Bush said of Bin Laden: ‘I truly am not that concerned about him.’ Gen. Richard Myers, the acting head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on 9/11, seconded Bush’s remarks, saying, ‘The goal has never been to get Bin Laden.’ An anonymous U.S. official explained: ‘Casting our objectives too narrowly’ risked ‘a premature collapse of the international effort if by some lucky chance Mr. Bin Laden was captured.’ Not all U.S. officials agreed with the let-’em-go strategy.’”
Michael Scheuer is among those outraged - and deeply worried about America’s future: “I’ve often thought that if America survived my generation (I was born in 1952) I would be very grateful.” Dr. Scheuer points out that the wildly counterproductive “War on Terror” has already destroyed the American economy, just as Bin Laden intended.

But the threat isn’t just economic. Scheuer argues that corruption, including the Israeli/Saudi influence, has helped make America “al-Qaeda’s one indispensable ally,” and he worries that a smuggled nuclear bomb is likely to decimate an American city in the foreseeable future. When I responded that if that happened, God forbid, it would probably be a false flag attack by the Israelis, Scheuer said that although he hated to think that badly of anyone, he did not find my suggestion implausible.

Scheuer said that such an act of catastrophic terrorism might destroy America indirectly - not so much through the human and economic loss, but rather by triggering the final destruction of the American republic and its constitutional form of governance.

What would it take to pre-empt this awful threat? Scheuer says Americans need to face the facts: It is the USA’s support for Israel and for oppressive Arab regimes that makes it a target. By terminating support for Israel, decoupling from the House of Saud, ending interventionism, and bringing its troops home, America would be acting in its own best interests... and very likely saving itself from catastrophe.

Will the politicians wean themselves from Israeli and Saudi bribes, and act to save the American republic?

Only if the American people heed warnings like those of Dr. Scheuer - and decide to finally start holding their leaders accountable.

The first and most critical is the impact of that geography on the American mindset.

On October 12, 2002 the Indonesian island of Bali experienced a terrorist attack that rocked the world. It was unquestionably well-coordinated and executed, the largest in the country's history.
