WAYNE MADSEN : Déjà Vu And Syrian Chemical Weapons

The insane Obama criminals - with the apparent consent of the American people - are about to embark on WWIII and will be held responsible by the international community as was Hitler and his Third Reich

President George W. Bush’s chief political adviser Karl Rove once infamously said of the United States under Bush, «We’re an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality». And the reality created by Rove, Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney, and other war hawks convinced the world, wrongly, that Iraq’s Saddam Hussein possessed weapons of mass destruction, that Saddam’s agents were seeking yellow cake uranium in Africa, and that Saddam’s army possessed mobile biological weapon laboratories capable of releasing anthrax.

Why are these war criminals smiling?
In fact, Iraq had no such weapons, there was no evidence of Iraq trying to procure uranium from Niger or any other African country, and that the biological weapons mobile laboratory information was disinformation provided by a professional Iraqi con artist who the CIA called «Curveball».

Britain’s Prime Minister Tony Blair eagerly went along with America’s ruse about Iraq. In the end, the false information was used to justify a deadly and costly invasion and occupation of Iraq by Western nations, chiefly the United States and Britain.

Now, over a decade later, the Obama administration is dusting off the Bush administration’s playbook and using it on the government of Bashar al Assad of Syria… The Obama administration first showed its neo-conservative traits when it justified NATO and Gulf Arab intervention in the Libyan rebellion against Muammar Qaddafi as falling under its «responsibility to protect» civilians being attacked by Qaddafi’s forces.

Obama expanded on the crimes of this "war president"
The Western media portrayed Libyan civilians being attacked mercilessly by Qaddafi’s troops just as it has hyped the «brutality» of Assad’s forces against Syrian civilians. Neither in the Libyan example nor the Syrian case, did the Western media, save for a few isolated examples, report on the crimes against humanity committed by Libyan and Syrian radical Sunni Islamist rebels. Documented cases of genocide of black African guest workers in Libya went unreported just as are current cases of wanton killing of Syrian Shia’s, Alawites, Christians, and Kurds being committed by radical Islamists, including Al Qaeda-linked rebels.

Rather than report on Syrian rebel massacres of Syrian civilians and Iranian nationals and foreign Christian clerics, the Western media is promoting the unverified story that a Syrian government chemical attack on "thousands" of civilians in the Ghouta suburb outside of Damascus. Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders) ratcheted down the number of dead civilians from «neurotoxic symptoms» to 355.

Even Rumsfeld could lie better than idiot Hagel
One of the West’s chief fabulists, British Foreign Secretary William Hague, who lied about Qaddafi's presence in Venezuela after Islamist rebels seized power in Libya, claimed that Syrian rebel-supplied video tape footage of dead Syrian civilians from a government-ordered chemical attack was authentic. After questions arose as to the veracity of the Syrian rebel video «evidence» of a nerve gas attack on civilians in Ghouta, Hague backtracked by claiming the Syrian government destroyed the evidence of their attack. Syrian forces had uncovered chemical weapons-related equipment and supplies in a tunnel in the Damascus suburb of Jobar, which had been used by rebel forces. Syrian state television reported that Syrian soldiers who discovered the chemical weapons cache began suffocating.

Insane Obamaite Chuck Hagel
The Obama administration cynically stated that it was too late for the Syrian government to invite UN weapons inspectors into the suburbs of Damascus where chemical weapons were reportedly used. It was more déjà vu. All of Saddam Hussein’s entreaties to the U.S. that his weapons sites were open to full UN inspection were also called too little and too late. Nothing Saddam could do in 2003 or Assad can do in 2013 could or would dissuade the United States and its allies from launching an attack on an Arab country.

Obama’s final preparations for war with Syria, using a dubious Syrian rebel report of the crossing of a «red line» in the use of chemical weapons in the Syrian civil war, have their origins early on in the Bush administration. Former NATO Commander General Wesley Clark was quoted as saying that in the weeks after the 9/11 attack, he was told by a general serving on the Pentagon’s Joint Staff that the United States was going to take out seven countries in five years. The general who told Clark cited a classified memorandum, which described «how we’re going to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off, Iran». Although it is now twelve years later, Syria, Lebanon, and Iran are the only countries remaining on the target list which have not been completely taken over by the United States.

Obama Propaganda Minister Carney to land in jail with his master
In January 2013, a hacker obtained emails from a British private security company called Britam Defence, which is headquartered in London, which referred to a planned false flag chemical weapons attack to be staged in Syria with financing from Qatar. The attack would be blamed on Assad and use Russian-speaking Ukrainian personnel in a video that would then be disseminated to prove Russian involvement with Assad’s forces.

The email from Britam’s David Goulding to the firm’s Philip Dougherty, stated:

We’ve got a new offer. It’s about Syria again. Qataris propose and attractive deal and swear that the idea is approved by Washington.

We’ll have to deliver a CW [chemical weapon] to Homs, a Soviet-origin g-shell from Libya similar to those that Assad should have. They want us to deploy our Ukrainian personnel that should speak Russian and make a video record.

Frankly, I don’t think it’s a good idea but the sums proposed are enormous. Your opinion?

Kind regards,

Swift boat traitor Kerry:  "We know the Syrians used chemicals"
Some eight months before the Syrian rebels disseminated a video showing dead civilians in Ghouta, there is evidence that the Obama administration, working with the Qataris and a British private military contractor, planned to use a chemical weapon in Homs and make a video showing the involvement of Russian-speaking personnel. In simple terms, Washington, Doha, and London were planning a «false flag» chemical weapons terrorist attack in Homs and blame Assad’s forces for crossing the «red line» in using chemical weapons against civilians. It is exactly the template that was used in Ghouta.

Western intelligence maintained a longstanding meme of suggesting that Al Qaeda was trying to procure weapons of mass destruction, including chemical weapons. During the U.S. occupation of Iraq, Al Qaeda units used chlorine gas on civilians. In June of this year, Al Qaeda was found by Iraqi authorities to be producing mustard gas and other chemical weapons, including sarin gas, at two facilities in Baghdad. The weapons were said to be for use outside of Iraq. Around the same time, the Turkish media reported that the Al Qaeda affiliate in Syria, the Al Nusra Front, was in possession of sarin gas for attacks inside Syria and Turkey. In March, Al Nusra used chlorine gas in an attack on civilians in Syria.

Obama, Kerry, Hagel will pay a high price to pay for this atrocity
Al Qaeda has obtained weapons of mass destruction and their use in Syria is countenanced by Barack Obama, British Prime Minister David Cameron and his foreign policy mouthpiece Hague, the Syrian rebels headquartered in Istanbul, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Israel.

After the dubious report of the Syrian government’s use of chemical weapons was hyped by the Western corporate media, Al Nusra said it reserved the right to strike at Alawite civilians in Syria. Obama and his British allies remained silent.

The Syrian false flag chemical attack is also déjà vu in another respect. Once again, we find Al Qaeda and its proxies on the same side as Israel and its intelligence services. There were reports in the Western media that it was Israel’s signals intelligence agency, Unit 8200, which intercepted communications between Syrian government military commanders ordering the chemical weapons attack. At the same time, Syrian rebel leaders in Turkey were calling on Israel to pressure Western countries to militarily attack Assad’s government. The coordination of propaganda between Israel and the Syrian rebels on the Ghouta incident is prima facie evidence of wider overall cooperation between Wahhabists and Zionists in the Middle East, from Libya and Egypt to Yemen and Lebanon.

Another Obama illegal, undeclared war; more dead Americans

The proffering of the Syrian rebel video of dead Syrian children from an alleged government chemical attack suspiciously coincided with the debut of Al Jazeera America on four major U.S. cable television systems. Al Jazeera, wholly funded by the Qatari emir, a Muslim Brotherhood adherent and supporter of Syrian rebel forces, provided its new American viewing audience with non-stop coverage of the chemical attack, repeatedly re-broadcasting the rebel video. It is not secret where Al Jazeera’s sympathies lie in the region. In 2006, Gideon Ezra, the former deputy chief of the Israel Shin Bet intelligence service, was quoted in Foreign Policy as saying, «I wish all Arab media were like Al-Jazeera».

Al Jazeera nothing but an Obama propaganda tool
It is rare when Israel and Al Qaeda surface in full agreement with one another and coordinating their efforts out in the open during a covert operation. The last major time that happened, it was not Syrian civilians who were caught in the bloody maelstrom of a Wahhabist-Israeli joint false flag operation but Americans at work and traveling on September 11, 2001.

WMR Critic Daily Beast To Lose As Much As $12 Million This Year

Beast bozo Tina Brown on a roll

Huffington Post

The Daily Beast could lose as much as $12 million in 2013, sources recently told AdWeek.

Brown:  "We did great journalism"
The publication reported the number in a piece published Monday, writing, "Despite those positive signs, the Beast is believed to be on track to lose as much as $12 million this year, per knowledgeable sources, and IAC chief Barry Diller's goodwill may be running out."

Those "positive signs" included ad revenue increasing 23 percent and average traffic increasing 28 percent compared to last year. The piece discussed what Tina Brown might do if she leaves the Daily Beast when her contract expires in January. Read the full piece here.

It has been a busy year for Brown, who saw IAC sell Newsweek to IBT Media. When the magazine stopped printing at the end of last year, she had acknowledged that it was an "insane" idea to have taken over the magazine in the first place. Earlier this month, however, she defended her editorship, saying that the experience "was really exhilarating. We did great journalism."

U.S., Citing 'Moral Obscenity' in Syria, Weighs Response

Only "obscenity" here is the murdering, transparent hypocrite Obama criminal regime and it's traitor swift boat propagandist John Kerry, desperately attempting to cover-up the recent Syrian CIA/FSA chemical attack by scuttling the UN mission to Syria; taking time out from drone killings of Afghans and Pakistanis Obama, UK poodles prepare to initiate WWIII to save themselves from exposure

The Wall Street Journal
By Maria Abi-Habib, Sam Dagher and Dion Nissenbaum

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said Monday that the use of chemical weapons against Syrian civilians is a "moral obscenity," delivering the clearest indication yet that the Obama administration is preparing to attack President Bashar al-Assad's regime.

Traitor Kerry drools over war criminal Shimon Perez
In a forceful statement delivered in Washington, Mr. Kerry called the attacks "undeniable" and said the administration has developed conclusive evidence that chemical weapons were used last week in the suburbs of Damascus, killing hundreds of civilians. Syria's delays in allowing international monitors to reach alleged attack sites implies its guilt, he said, adding that the U.S. and its allies are "actively consulting" on how to respond.

"Make no mistake: President Obama believes there must be accountability for those who would use the world's most heinous weapons against the world's most vulnerable people," he said. "Nothing today is more serious, and nothing is receiving more serious scrutiny."

Mr. Kerry's remarks represented the administration's opening statement as it contemplates military action, likely to consist of cruise-missile strikes on Syrian targets. A senior defense official said the strikes under consideration would be conducted from ships in the eastern Mediterranean using long-range missiles, without using manned aircraft.

Desperate nutcase Obama plays with fire, WWIII
"You do not need basing. You do not need overflight. You don't need to worry about air defenses," the official said. The goal of the strikes, the official said, would be to "deter and degrade" Mr. Assad's capabilities to prevent him from using chemical weapons again.

Mr. Kerry's statement came as United Nations inspectors faced gunfire from unidentified snipers as they set out to investigate reports of the chemical-weapons attack in a Damascus suburb.

The U.N. team turned back, but later in the day made it to Mouadhamiya, where one of the suspected chemical-weapons attacks took place. The team visited two hospitals, interviewed survivors and doctors, and collected samples, U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said in a statement Monday.

Obama's murdering CIA/FSA mercs responsible for chemical attack
The U.N. weapons inspectors arrived at the site after the U.S. delivered a caution to Mr. Ban, telling him it was no longer safe for the inspectors to remain in Syria and that their mission was pointless, said a person familiar with the matter. Mr. Ban "stood firm on principle," ordering his team to continue their work establishing whether chemical weapons or toxins were responsible for the estimated hundreds of deaths of Syrian civilians.

Rebel groups said last week's attacks killed more than 1,000 Syrians. Video images of the attacks showing young children gasping for breath and rooms filled with bodies served to galvanize calls for a swift and decisive international response.

Mr. Kerry, in his remarks, cast doubt on the necessity of the U.N. mission to the sites. The investigators, he and U.N. officials say, are tasked with establishing whether a chemical attack had been carried out—not who had perpetrated it. Mr. Kerry said that "gut-wrenching" videos have made clear that such an attack occurred.

Obama's UK poodles Cameron and Hague will burn for attack
"Anyone who could claim that an attack of this staggering scale could be contrived or fabricated needs to check their conscience and their own moral compass," he said. "What is before us today is real, and it is compelling."

Western governments joined Mr. Kerry in taking an increasingly stern line against Damascus.

"The suspected large-scale use of poison gas breaks a taboo even in this Syrian conflict that has been so full of cruelty," Chancellor Angela Merkel's spokesman, Steffen Seibert, said Monday. "It's a serious breach of the international Chemical Weapons Convention, which categorically bans the use of these weapons. It must be punished; it cannot remain without consequences."

The U.K. said it is "clear" that the Assad regime was behind last week's attack. British Prime Minister David Cameron cut short his holiday in order to return to London for a U.K. National Security Council meeting that has been called for Wednesday.

Obama clown Graham played the fool in recently in Syria
Although President Barack Obama remains undecided on military action, the U.S. request for the U.N. team to withdraw echoed its moves before it attacked Iraq in 2003, when it asked a U.N. inspection team in Baghdad to withdraw for its own safety as it prepared for military operations.

In Iraq, U.N. inspectors investigating American claims that the regime of former President Saddam Hussein possessed weapons of mass destruction were pulled out after being notified that the U.S. was about to invade. That invasion didn't have the backing of the U.N. Security Council, which would likely see Syrian allies Russia and China veto any proposed strike against Damascus. The U.S. could instead seek a mandate from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Graham sidekick, insane traitor McCain has nose up master's ass
The American message to Mr. Ban as of Sunday was that the U.S. believed there wasn't adequate security for the U.N. inspectors to visit the affected areas to conduct their mission, a senior official in Mr. Obama's administration said. The administration also told the U.N. that the U.S. didn't think the inspectors would be able to collect viable evidence owing to the passage of time and damage from subsequent shelling, this person said.

The suspected chemical-weapons attacks occurred Wednesday, but the Syrian government gave permission to the U.N. team to access one of the areas on Damascus's outskirts only on Sunday.

The U.N. has held firm against the U.S., with one official saying evidence of a chemical attack would still exist. Chemical traces could be found in survivors and vegetation for months, chemical-weapons experts said. The U.N. team in Damascus was there to investigate a suspected chemical-weapons attack conducted months earlier in northern Syria.

Nutcase, right-wing neocons believe WWIII ticket to "heaven"
On Monday, after their the U.N. convoy took fire, international investigators replaced a badly damaged vehicle and returned to Mouadhamiya at about 2 p.m., staying for nearly three hours, activists at the site said. An online photo that activists said was of the vehicle showed two bullets shattering the bulletproof glass of the front windshield and passenger window.

"The secretary-general has instructed his head of disarmament, Angela Kane, to complain to both the Syrian government and opposition and to demand that there be no repeat of today's shooting," said Martin Nesirky, Mr. Ban's spokesman, in an email.

"We frankly do not much care who did the shooting," he said. "We are outraged that anyone would shoot at our team. They had just left the government checkpoint but had not yet reached opposition-held territory."

U.S. on the brink of yet another Obama illegal war
In activist videos posted Monday, U.N. investigators could be seen at one field hospital wearing their signature bright blue helmets and bulletproof vests, hovering above patients being treated for exposure to the suspected chemical weapons.

"What was your location?" one U.N. inspector asked a gaunt-looking male patient seemingly in his 40s.

"I was in Al Rawda mosque," the man replied.

"What did you feel?" the inspector probed.

"It was [about] a minute and then I passed out," the patient replied, to which the translator added he had "convulsions upon his arrival."

What U.N. investigators find will weigh on any decisions by Western and Arab governments to strike at Syrian regime targets in response to the chemical-weapons claims.

Mr. Obama has frequently said that any use of chemical weapons by the Syrian regime would be a red line, but has in the past backed down from that posture in previous incidents where the weapons were thought to be used.

Obama following in the footsteps of war criminal Bush
But the latest suspected attack appears to be hardening Mr. Obama's resolve. Military leaders from the U.S., U.K., France, Saudi Arabia and Turkey, among others, kicked off a meeting in Jordan on Sunday evening to discuss the Syria conflict and weigh military action.

On the possibility of a military strike this week, British Foreign Secretary William Hague said in an interview with British Broadcasting Corporation on Monday that he wouldn't rule anything out but declined to elaborate or discuss what military options are being discussed.

Mr. Hague said he believed it would be possible for the international community to launch a response even without unity on the U.N. Security Council. "It is possible to take action based on great humanitarian need and humanitarian distress," said Mr. Hague. But, he said, any response would be subject to legal advice and must be in accordance with international law.

Resumption of the draft, continued multiple deployments
Separately, Mr. Cameron spoke on the telephone Monday with Russian President Vladimir Putin, to discuss the international community's response to Syria. Mr. Cameron said "there was no evidence to suggest that the opposition had the capability to carry out such a significant attack," that the regime had launched a heavy offensive in the area in the days before and after the incident, and that Mr. Assad's regime had also prevented U.N. access to the site in the immediate aftermath, suggesting they had something to hide, a spokesman for Mr. Cameron said.

Russia's Foreign Ministry said Monday that Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov had called his U.S. counterpart on Sunday to express "deep concern" about the possible readiness of U.S. forces to "intervene."

Americans can look forward to more of this...
"The Russian side calls for [Washington to] refrain from the threat of force on Damascus, to not fall for provocations and to try to help create normal conditions to give the U.N. chemical experts' mission, which is already in the country, the possibility of conducting a thorough, objective and impartial investigation," the ministry statement said.

Syrian President Assad remained defiant in an interview with Russian newspaper Izvestiya, saying that any use of chemical weapons would defy logic and would be "an insult to common sense" as the area is near pro-regime neighborhoods.

The Syrian president went on to warn the U.S. that since Vietnam, it has failed at every military engagement it has fought and Syria would be no different.

"Have they not learned that they have gained nothing from these wars but the destruction of the countries they fought, which has had a destabilizing effect on the Middle East and other parts of the world?" Mr. Assad was quoted as saying in the newspaper.

And this....
An official from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization said NATO allies were closely monitoring developments in Syria and the wider region and "will keep the situation under constant review, as appropriate."

"It's important that the U.N. team should have access to the area to investigate these horrific reports, as any confirmed use of chemical weapons would be completely unacceptable and a clear breach of international law," the official said. The issue was one for the entire international community to address, the official said.

The European Union's top diplomat, Catherine Ashton, said the situation in Syria must be solved through a political process. If the U.N. inspectors determine there was a chemical-weapons attack, they first have to report back to the U.N. Security Council, she said Monday in Tallinn at a joint news conference with Estonia's foreign minister. —Joe Lauria, Adam Entous and Mohammad Nour Alakraa contributed to this article.

Correcting The Fairy Tale: A SEAL’s Account Of How Osama bin Laden Really Died

Replay of "Saving Private Jessica Lynch

Forget whatever you think you know about the night Osama bin Laden was killed. According to a former Navy SEAL who claims to have the inside track, the mangled tales told of that historic night have only now been corrected.

“It became obvious in the weeks evolving after the mission that the story that was getting put out there was not only untrue, but it was a really ugly farce of what did happen,” said Chuck Pfarrer, author of Seal Target Geronimo: The Inside Story of the Mission to Kill Osama Bin Laden.

Team Six members were killed in Afghan chopper crash
In an extensive interview with The Daily Caller, Pfarrer gave a detailed account of why he believes the record needed to be corrected, and why he set out to share the personal stories of the warriors who penetrated bin Laden’s long-secret compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan.

In August the New Yorker delivered a riveting blow-by-blow of the SEALs’ May 1, 2011 raid on bin Laden’s hideaway. In that account, later reported to lack contributions from the SEALs involved, readers are taken through a mission that began with a top-secret helicopter crashing and led to a bottom-up assault of the Abbottabad compound.

Freelancer Nicholas Schmidle wrote that the SEALs had shot and blasted their way up floor-by-floor, finally cornering the bewildered Al-Qaida leader:
“The Al Qaeda chief, who was wearing a tan shalwar kameez and a prayer cap on his head, froze; he was unarmed. ‘There was never any question of detaining or capturing him—it wasn’t a split-second decision. No one wanted detainees,’ the special-operations officer told me. (The Administration maintains that had bin Laden immediately surrendered he could have been taken alive.) Nine years, seven months, and twenty days after September 11th, an American was a trigger pull from ending bin Laden’s life. The first round, a 5.56-mm. bullet, struck bin Laden in the chest. As he fell backward, the SEAL fired a second round into his head, just above his left eye.”
Chuck Pfarrer rejects almost all of that story.

“The version of the 45-minute firefight, and the ground-up assault, and the cold-blooded murder on the third floor — that wasn’t the mission,” Pfarrer told The DC.

Just how did Osama die?  Is he really dead?  There is no proof
“I had to try and figure out, well, look: Why is this story not what I’m hearing? Why is it so off and how is it so off?” he recounted. “One of the things I sort of determined was, OK, somebody was told ‘one of the insertion helicopters crashed.’

OK, well that got muddled to ‘a helicopter crashed on insertion.’”

The helicopters, called “Stealth Hawks,” are inconspicuous machines concealing cutting-edge technology. They entered the compound as planned, with “Razor 1″ disembarking its team of SEALs on the roof of the compound — not on the ground level. There was no crash landing. That wouldn’t occur until after bin Laden was dead.

Meanwhile, “Razor 2″ took up a hovering position so that its on-board snipers, some of whom had also participated in the sea rescue of Maersk Alabama captain Richard Phillips, had a clear view of anyone fleeing the compound.

The SEALs then dropped down from the roof, immediately penetrated the third floor, and hastily encountered bin Laden in his room. He was not standing still.

Chuck Pfarrer
“He dived across the king-size bed to get at the AKSU rifle he kept by the headboard,” wrote Pfarrer in his book. It was at that moment, a mere 90 seconds after the SEALs first set foot on the roof, that two American bullets shattered bin Laden’s chest and head, killing a man who sought violence to the very end.

President Obama stepped up to a podium in the East Room of the White House that night to announce bin Laden’s death. That rapid announcement, explained Pfarrer, posed a major threat to U.S. national security.

“There was a choice that night,” Pfarrer told The DC. “There was a choice to keep the mission secret.”

America, Pfarrer explained, could have left things alone for “weeks or months … even though there was evidence left on the ground there … and use the intelligence and finish off al-Qaida.”

But Obama’s announcement, he said, “rendered moot all of the intelligence that was gathered from the nexus of al-Qaida. The computer drives, the hard drives, the videocasettes, the CDs, the thumb drives, everything. Before that could even be looked through, the political decision was made to take credit for the operation.”

Obama and Clinton meddling blows another intel operation
And in the days that followed, as politicians sought to thrust their identities into the details of the bin Laden kill, the tale began to grow out of control, said Pfarrer.

“The president made a statement, and as far as that goes, that was fine, that was the mission statement,” he explained. “But, soon after … politicians began leaking information from every orifice. And it was like a game of Chinese telephone. These guys didn’t know what they were talking about. Very few of them had even seen the video feed.”

Pfarrer suggests that much of the misinformation was likely born out of operational ignorance, even among those sitting in the White House.

“One of the things that happened was that there were only a handful of people who know about this mission,” he said. “On the civilian side, there were only a handful of people in the situation room who were watching the drone feed. They were looking at the roof of a building taken from a rotating aircraft at 35,000 feet.”

Seal Team Six in Iraq
“None of those guys, not a single one of them, had a background in special operations, with the exception of General Webb who was sitting there running a laptop,” Pfarrer went on. “No one knew or could even imagine what was going on inside the building. They didn’t know.”

“There was an alternative feed going to CIA headquarters where Leon Panetta sat there with the communications brevity codes [a guide sheet for the mission's radio lingo] in his lap and a SEAL off-screen by his side to be able to tell him what was going on,” he said. “But these guys, none of them, really knew what they were looking at.”

As the media raised more questions, officials gave more answers.

Whether or not bin Laden resisted ultimately developed into a barrage of murky official and unofficial explanations in the days following. And statements from as high as then-CIA Director Leon Panetta offered confirmation that the endeavor was a “kill mission.”

    Pfarrer dismisses that assertion.

“An order to go in and murder someone in their house is not a lawful order,” explained Pfarrer, who maintains that bin Laden would have been captured had he surrendered. “Unlike the Germans in World War II, if you’re a petty officer, a chief petty officer, a naval officer, and you’re giving an order to murder somebody, that’s an unlawful order.”

Team Six
Pfarrer also suggests some of the emerging claims were simply self-aggrandizing “fairy tales.”

“The story they tried to tell — it’s preposterous. And the CIA tried to jump in. About mid-June the CIA tried to jump into the car and drive the victory lap. There’s this whole stuff about the CIA guy joining the operation, the gallant interpreter — he couldn’t even fast rope!” exclaimed Pfarrer, referring to a technique for descending from an airborne helicopter.

“There’s this fairy tale about him walking out of the compound during the operation to tell crowds of Pakistanis to go home and everything’s OK.”

Pfarrer tried to put this in perspective: “Do you mean that during the middle of this military operation at night, with hovering helicopters over this odd house in this neighborhood, that people came out of their houses to ask what’s going on, instead of [remaining] huddled in their basement?”

Former Team Six CO Richard "Demo Dick" Marcinko
“And I think that there were so many of these leaks that were incorrect, the administration couldn’t walk them all back,” Pfarrer explained. “And so, in the middle of May, they froze everything.”

It was that freeze-out that left Chuck Pfarrer with nowhere to turn for the real story but the SEALs themselves.

Seal Target Geronimo delivers an account of the night Osama bin Laden died with a level of detail unlike anything previously reported. Pfarrer bills the story as “absolutely factual.”

“That’s the other thing. I’m prepared for the White House to say, you know, ‘this is full of inaccuracies,’ et cetera,” offered Pfarrer. He told TheDC that in order to protect American interests, his book is “full of names that are made up, and it is full of bases that are not quite where they really should be.”

“But the timeline of my events,” he cautions, “and the manner in which it happened is 100 percent accurate. And they’ll know that.”

NSA Propagandist Joshua Foust: Confronted With Evidence That Michael Hastings Was Murdered, Beats A Hasty Retreat

NSA doofus Faust get's his clock cleaned; goofy, illiterate, traitorous NSA government media frauds exposed

XXX Twitter War Committee

UPDATE Sunday Aug. 25 8:17 PM MDT:

Thanks Professor John Schindler, for linking to this post in your Twitter timeline and giving your readers the opportunity if they have more than a few seconds’ attention span to see THE EVIDENCE that Michael Hastings feared for his life and was murdered. Now this blog has reached thousands of page views, in no small share thanks to your thin skinned ego which hates to be pricked, as well as the efforts of Wayne Madsen whom you defamed. #Protip — picking fights with NSA veteran investigative journalists by calling them ‘batshit crazy’ instead of simply ignoring them just might make them even more determined to expose you.

Joshua Foust, a former Defense Intelligence Agency analyst who poses as a neutral voice of reason in the debate over NSA mass surveillance of Americans and other nations while actively seeking federal contracting employment (where presumably critiques of the NSA are welcome), is holding a pity party of himself. He’s even shut down all comments at his blog because the heat from Glenn Greenwald’s ‘crazed’ followers was apparently too much. Boo freakin’ hoo.

I’m happy to blog about this, because aggressively trolling all critics of the NSA and then playing the victim when the tables are turned is par for the course of NSA apologists. They thrive on playing the victim — along with constantly shifting the goalposts from NSA ‘never’ spying on Americans without specific warrants to…

‘Relax, it’s just metadata‘ (collected on billions of calls including senior members of Congress/Pentagon top brass so NSA knows all of their girlfriends/boyfriends numbers)

to ‘NSA jealously guards data from IRS/DEA

to ‘those few thousand times we collected data on Americans in the D.C. area were honest mistakes

to ‘there’s no evidence NSA ever phone tapped anyone for political reasons, all the critics have presented is hypothetical abuses of NSA’s capabilities’

to this weekend’s denials:

‘that Doug Hagmann’s affidavit is only about Fox News’ James Rosen being bugged by the DOJ NOT NSA several days after the Justice Department’s spying was already public BEFORE Snowden’s revelations came out’.

At least I was able to get NSA apologists to finally go on the Twitter ‘record’ and discuss licensed Pennsylvania private investigator and talk radio host Doug Hagmann’s sworn affidavit regarding the NSA’s politicized spying on Obama critics. And both Foust and Vanity Fair’s Kurt Eichenwald upon being confronted with the Hagmann affidavit immediately sought to deny its chronology and place the exposed NSA wiretapping earlier. They immediately sought to conflate the Hagmann case with admitted DOJ wiretapping of journalists.

Nice try guys, you win points for attempting to respond rather than simply coverring your ears and saying ‘la la la la’ like the Naval War College crowd. But Doug Hagmann’s affidavit has no direct relation to the (legal but ultimately political and thuggish) wiretapping of the Associated Press and Fox News. The only continuity is that not only the DOJ but also the NSA have been caught desperately trying to intimidate or ‘catch’ journalists’ sources inside the U.S. government on behalf of the Obama Administration. Again, let me repeat, Hagmann’s ‘incident’ with the ‘UTAH DATA CTR’ showing up on his caller ID became public BEFORE EDWARD SNOWDEN WENT PUBLIC. Meaning that Hagmann looks even more credible than others who may have jumped on the Greenwald/Snowden ‘bandwagon’ after the fact.

Meanwhile, the original NSA Twitter brigade commander Naval War College Professor John Schindler has also held a pity party for himself on Twitter the last two days. Lo and behold, people around the world have a tendency to take fanatical defenses of a U.S. government agency that indiscriminately scoops up their electronic data personally. Some people even take their 4th Amendment rights as seriously as the ‘from my cold, dead hands’ crowd takes their 2nd Amendment rights, and some Constitutionalists are so extreme they see the entire Bill of Rights as indivisible. Who knew?

But the reason I’m posting this is simple. To tell the world that what really precipitated the panicked shutdown of Josh’s comments threads was me pointing out that Rolling Stone magazine/Buzzfeed journalist Michael Hastings was murdered with a vehicle borne IED in Los Angeles. That the whitewash report from the LA County Coroner’s office claiming Hastings died from a fiery high speed collision with a palm tree ignores the paltry ‘damage’ to the tree (see photos here) and the lack of scorching of the ground around the crash scene where the gas tank supposedly ignited.

Incidentally an LA County Coroner was fatally poisoned with arsenic after the office handled Andrew Breitbart’s autopsy. While my sources tell me Breitbart had real heart problems and died of natural causes, the ease with which a member of the coroner’s office was fatally poisoned might give any coroner thinking about adding IED/explosive residue found on Hasting’s body second thoughts. Hence Hastings’ body being cremated against the wishes of his family and the wreckage being kept off limits to independent expert testing for explosive residue.

The ‘here’s the coroner report, now shut up tin foil hat wearers’ position also ignores that Hastings reportedly tried to swap cars with a friend to elude possible car bombs and surveillance before his death. That agents of an unnamed federal agency were visiting his home. That despite a prescription for medical marijuana, Hastings’ family denies Michael used methamphetamine, traces of which could have been in his body from ordinary Sudafed or other cold medicines. That Hastings’ final story was said to be about CIA Director John Brennan‘s war on leaks/government sources can only add fuel to the fire. The truth that Hastings was being targeted by the FBI and other agencies has already come out.

Jake"Turd" Tapper joined the tin foil hat wearers club who
thinks Benghazi was about CIA gunrunning to Syria rather
than a shitty video nobody saw
Then there’s the witnesses who heard an ‘what sounded like a bomb’ and the plain fact that Mercedes gas tanks to do not outside Hollywood movies routinely explode simply because the driver wraps himself around a tree.

Krikorian said the very words that people like Foust, Naval War College Prof. John Schindler, and University of Houston NSA/Russophobe fanatic Craig Pirrong cannot stand to hear: if a Mikhail Hastings had died under precisely the same circumstances in Russia before breaking a huge story about the FSB’s director, no one would accept his death as an accident.

The thought that criminals inside the U.S. government would kill a journalist on American soil is too worldview altering for Foust and others to bear, so they push it away with the all purpose ‘conspiracy theorist’ label. And yet as even Esquire magazine admits, there’s something crazy about the age we’re living in. ‘Conspiracy theories’ bloom like mushrooms precisely because mainstream media explanations for events ranging from Benghazi to Hastings death all seem so laughably implausible. Not only do the explanations of events insult our intelligence, we’re insulted for even daring to think conspiracy even when mainstream media reporters like CNN’s Jake Tapper hint at a Benghazi arms smuggling coverrup. We ‘tin foil hat wearers’ will NEVER be credited with getting the story right before the mainstream media comes around to grudgingly admitting facts like the Syrian ‘rebels’ being packed with Al-Qaeda or Benghazi’s ‘consulate’ being a CIA cover for arms smuggling.

It speaks loudly to the climate of fear and self-censorship that the mere mentioning of evidence regarding foul play in the death of an American journalist who told friends he’d received death threats from Gen. Stanley McChrystal’s staff and others is enough to elicit a panicked shut down of the messenger.

Perhaps Foust feared a grilling from future federal employers on why he allowed such ‘conspiracy theories’ to be presented even in a comment that in no way shape or form could represent his views. In which case is the self-censorship Foust alleges for fear of a few nasty comments online, or is it due to a federally-induced climate of hysteria, without which the bloated National Security State could not be maintained in the face of serious U.S. budget cuts?

Foust not surprisingly refuses to even consider the possibility that the British government would ‘burn’ their own eavesdropping program in the Middle East to discredit Snowden/Greenwald. AS IF it never occurred to jihadis from Mumbai to Cairo that GCHQ/NSA might be listening to their phone calls.

It’s a pity that Foust has never read up on Operation Northwoods, Operation Gladio, or the Gulf of Tonkin incident…he’d find false flags and ‘burning’ one’s own people to blame it on ‘enemies’ both real and imagined is old hat for many governments. Greenwald of course, is denying that he and Snowden had anything to do with the UK Independent’s ‘exclusive’ story about the UK’s Mideast spying programs.

Another asylum seeker the UK gave ‘freedom’ to
Given The UK Independent‘s own ownership under ‘ex’ KGB man Alexandr Lebedev, who like many Russian oligarchs has found ‘asylum’ in Londongrad, some sort of quid pro quo with Her Majesty’s Government is hardly the stuff of conspiracy theory.

Yes Josh…burning a program that may have never been launched to get at Osama Bin Greenwald is quite plausible for a British government that loves to play dirty and give safe haven to dirty criminals.

One of the other points I brought up that prompted Josh to his panicky shut down of the comments was Her Majesty’s Government and its practice of harboring real Russian criminals like Boris Berezovsky and ex-Bank of Moscow executive Andrei Borodin. For his part, Berezovsky was accused by murdered Forbes journalist Paul Klebnikov of being a ‘godfather’ who ordered contract killings — and these details were revisited once Berezovsky’s death ended the possibility of instant libel suits. Meanwhile Borodin recently received temporary asylum from Putin’s ‘persecution’ after Russian authorities accused him of embezzling $400 million from one of Russia’s largest banks (and notice that Swiss authorities are cooperating with Russia to return some of Borodin’s loot, while the criminal Brits refuse to hand Borodin over). At the end of the day, The Economist and the Brits love to get on their high horses about the rule of law (including after their corrupt deals with Gaddafi followed by betraying him to the Muslim Brotherhood/Al-Qaeda fighters). But without kleptocrats from around the world, where would the City of London be? Without ill gotten gains laundered by banksters, the British economy would look a lot more like Italy or Greece’s than it does now.

So yes Josh, Glenn Greenwald may have a short fuse. He may have misspoke regarding your position on Obama and NATO’s excellent Libya adventure. But he still hasn’t lied or distorted the facts as much as your pro-NSA pals.

Here’s two samples of stuff prominent NSA supporters have made up on Twitter:

I could care less about the blocking but libeling me on Twitter is simply a lame Cointelpro trolling tactic that should be exposed wherever Caruso goes online or when he attends real world conferences. It’s my sincere wish that one day Caruso mouths off to an Oathkeeping Marine in a Baltimore/D.C. area bar and gets his ass kicked.

Is it fair to hold Josh accountable for the lies of others? No. But when you lie down with these dogs, you get their fleas, Mr. Foust.

We have already discussed in the first part of this analysis how the American geography dooms whoever controls the territory to being a global power, but there are a number of other outcomes that shape what that power will be like. The first and most critical is the impact of that geography on the American mindset.
