The police in the U.S. are completely out of control as they cause the public harm instead of protecting them, says an American investigative journalist.

Coward Oakland pigs shoot, almost kill Marine Scott Olsen |
He added, "What I just learned about was the fact that there are a number of videos surfacing because we are a nation that is awash in videos. Everyone has a video on their cameras. There are surveillance cameras all over every parking lot. You know, a lot of cities have them."
Lindorff stressed, "the result is that we are getting videos of how police actually treat people and it's pretty ugly."

Militarized, coward corporate criminal pigs terrorize peaceful Occupy protesters |
He referred to a video of a homeless man, who had called 911 for police assistance. "Six police officers arrived. He was angry because he had been in an argument with a store clerk and he was in a parking lot and the six policemen felt threatened by a small knife he had in his hand which he wasn't dropping, and so even though he wasn't attacking them, and was about 20 feet away, they fired 46 bullets in a volley at him basically emptying all their pistols and killed him."

Coward pigs now frequently terrorize, target the elderly for beatings, shake-downs |
The police shot this guy because he turned on them and had his gun in his hand but it was a crowded street at rush hour and they fired a total of 16 bullets at him and nine other people innocent bystanders were injured. In that crowd were children. It was just a crazy thing to be shooting 16 bullets at this guy 6 of which missed him completely so what we have in the United States is a situation where I think police are completely out of control. they use violence when it is totally inappropriate and even in a case where you could justify the use of weapon like the guy in New York City, they use their guns in a military way ... In civilian life, in a city like New York, to just fire up your weapons widely in a crowded street is an abrogation of the duty of a police officer."
