Planting Evidence to Sow Fear : Chicago Cops are the Terrorists

Coward cops identities, crimes being archived for future prosecution by many U.S. organizations

It seems pretty clear by now that the three young “domestic terrorists” arrested by Chicago police in a warrantless house invasion reminiscent of what US military forces are doing on a daily basis in Afghanistan, are the victims of planted evidence -- part of the police-state-style crackdown on anti-NATO protesters in Chicago last week.

Coward Berkley pigs believed they were omnipotent
The Chicago Police clearly realized that it would be hard to convince a jury that the homemade beer-making equipment in the house was some dreaded bio-terror weapon, so for good measure they apparently dropped off some glass jars with gas in them and tried to make out that the kids were preparing molotov cocktails. That’s the word from National Lawyers Guild attorneys representing the men. They say their clients and others like them coming into Chicago from out of town to join in protests against the NATO summit were “befriended” by police informants and undercover Chicago Police, who then offered to obtain gasoline or explosive materials like toy rocket motors, and who proposed actions like firebombing police stations.

This kind of entrapment and official deceit by police should alarm every American. It’s bad enough when police plant evidence and lie about evidence in order to win convictions, since it means innocent people will be sent to prison or worse. But with the new post 9-11 terrorism laws, like the state terrorism statutes in Illinois being applied in these cases, it becomes far more difficult for a victim of such police and prosecutorial misconduct to challenge the case against her or him. In terror cases, the government can claim “national security” to hide the evidence and even the identity of the witnesses from the defendants and the courts, the jury and the public, and can avoid ever being questioned about it publicly. In a worst case, the federal government doesn’t even need to bring the case to trial. If the victim is accused of being a terrorist, under the latest National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and various executive orders, that person can be locked away indefinitely without trial -- exactly the kind of abuse that led American colonists to rise up against their British colonial overlords 237 years ago.

Coward "G20" pigs beat protesters

Residents like me from Philadelphia know all about this stuff. Planting evidence on people you want to lock away has a venerable history in this once revolutionary town.

In 1995, six Philly cops were convicted of presenting false testimony and of framing over a hundred people with planted evidence that sent the victims to jail with long prison terms. In the end, two of those cops ended up serving jail terms themselves as the result of a federal corruption probe. A bigger federal investigation of the Philadelphia Police Department’s Center City division in the 1980s led to the conviction of several dozen cops, including a captain, four lieutenants, and the deputy chief of police, on charges of extortion and evidence tampering, including the planting of false evidence. Dozens of convicted prisoners were released from jail when it became clear their convictions had been based upon faked evidence by these uniformed miscreants.

Coward Italian pigs emulate American cousins by beating defenseless women

The practice of planting evidence and of police lying to win convictions has continued in Philadelphia, which has paid out over $27 million in damages to people victimized by police corruption and false evidence planting since the mid-’90s. In 2009 the Philadelphia Daily News broke a story that a narcotics division cop on the force had planted drugs (a tactic known as “flaking” among dirty cops) in order to lock up dozens of people and to rack up a seemingly stellar record of drug-busting.

And across the river in Camden, NJ, over 75 people jailed for drug offenses are having their cases reviewed and overturned now because of evidence that police in that city were planting evidence on the people they arrested.

Coward Seattle pigs beat protesters at NWO
So common was the knowledge that police in Philadelphia keep stolen unlicensed handguns and bags of drugs in their cars for the purpose of framing citizens, that after I published my book Killing Time on the case of Pennsylvania death-row prisoner Mumia Abu-Jamal, the Afro-American journalist convicted in 1982 of killing a white Philadelphia police officer in a trial fraught with police and prosecutor perjury and faked evidence, that I was loath to drive through the city. And when I did, was extremely careful to follow traffic rules to the letter. With white police officers publicly pressing, through their union and lobbying arm, the Fraternal Order of Police, for Abu-Jamal’s execution, it seemed all to easy for them to stop me, run a make, ID me as the author of a book exposing the wrongness of his conviction, and to then plant a gun or a stash of illicit drugs in my vehicle, and lock me away. At least back then, though, you’d just be facing ordinary criminal charges, and hopefully a good attorney would be able to prove the charges were bogus. Terrorism charges make it much harder to do that.

The faking of terrorism crimes is abetted by a lazy corporate media, where reporters and editors just run their stories based upon the wild claims made by police and prosecutors, without bothering to consider how ludicrous those claims me be. Often, they don’t even bother to go to the victims’ defense attorneys for rebuttal.

Plus, the general scare-mongering by government and media, and the media propaganda glorifying of “tough” cops and prosecutors who cut corners, makes it likely that most juries will continue to believe the false statements and evidence presented by the prosecution at trials.

It’s ironic that the same public that is so ready to believe all manner of wild conspiracies about the president’s being a secret Kenyan Muslim or about the government deliberately trying to turn control of the US military over to the United Nations, or about a government plan to kill off old people with “death panels,” will prove completely gullible and ready to suspend any disbelief when a police officer or a prosecutor makes some outlandish claim about three kids with beer fermenting equipment in their basement.

U.S. Terror Drones Kill 10 in Northwest Pakistan - Video

Bloodthirsty Obama criminal regime continues killing innocents

PRESS TV

At least ten people have been killed in a US assassination drone strike in Pakistan’s northwestern tribal region of North Waziristan.

CIA pukes, Obama, Clinton, Panetta responsible for these deaths
The deaths came after the drones fired two missiles on a mosque in Hassokhel town, 25 kilometers (16 miles) east of the city of Miranshah early Thursday.

The incident took place when people were leaving the mosque after their morning prayers, local residents said.

Local media said that several civilians were injured in the attack.

Five US drones were seen hovering over the site of the attack, causing a delay in rescue work over fear of more strikes.

This is the second US drone strike over the last two days.

On Wednesday, five people were killed and several others injured in a drone strike in the tribal area, which borders Afghanistan.

Washington claims its airstrikes target militants. But, on the ground, civilians have been the main victims.

The killing of Pakistani civilians, including women and children, in the US drone strikes have strained relations between the two allies, prompting Pakistani officials to send warnings to the US administration over the assaults.

Pakistanis also have held many demonstrations to condemn the United States’ violations of their country's sovereignty.

WHO Will Use Polio Vaccines to Depopulate Underdeveloped Nations with Assistance from CIA, CDC

Bill Gates, Obama regime, WHO, other "elites" believe they must kill off 90%+ of the world's population of "useless eaters" (Kissinger quote) so they may survive to rule the world, a world of slaves and masters

The World Health Organization (WHO) will declare polio a global health emergency this week.

WHO (World Health Organization) dedicated to de-populating world
Although they claim they lack the sufficient funding to take on this endeavor, Sona Bari, spokeswoman for the polio eradication program at WHO, said the world faced a “now or never” moment.

WHO asserts that in 2011 the disease was reported to be running rampant throughout Pakistan, Afghanistan and Nigeria, with 650 cases around the world.

They will focus their efforts in these countries.

WHO is seeking to secure $1billion to add to their existing funds. They will bring this topic to the attention of ministers of health at the World Health Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland this week.

They hope to coerce polio-free countries to donate money. They also suggest that officials from polio-free countries have officials at airports to administer vaccinations to people at arriving from affected nations.

WHO responsible for creation/spread of drug-resistant TB

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has poured millions of dollars into supporting Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunizations (GAVI), a UN agency that also works in conjunction with WHO to administer vaccines to under-developed nations.

WHO and GAVI teamed up with the World Bank and UN Population Fund in the 1970′s under the Task Force on Vaccines for Fertility Regulation. The Task Force, “…acts as a global coordinating body for anti-fertility vaccine R&D.” GAVI is heavily funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for the global vaccination projects.

Sarkozy wife Carla Bruni advocating the killing of children
Gates and WHO were in India vaccinating children for polio in when a strange case of non-polio paralysis began to strike those that had recently been vaccinated.

GAVI were blamed for deaths in Pakistan when they came in and administered polio vaccines that resulted in casualties.

It is widely known that polio vaccines are the leading cause of polio paralysis. India has found that 100 – 180 cases per year are directly correlated with polio vaccinated areas. Although vaccine-associated polio paralysis (VAPP) is recognized, these cases of NPAFP are too extreme to ignore. And so is the cause of this disease.

It was found out through an investigation, that GAVI was using an untested vaccine; giving this dangerous vaccine to Pakistani children shows the lack of empathy associated with these organizations.

There is also suspicion about WHO’s need for dire amounts of vaccines after the CIA scandal where the US agency used fake hepatitis vaccines in a campaign to gather terrorist intelligence, through obtaining DNA in Pakistan.

CIA agents recruited Shakil Afridl, a Pakistain doctor to head the fake vaccine drive . After Afridl was arrested, the plan was exposed.

CIA "TB vaccination program" killed thousands of children
CIA wanted DNA from Osama bin Laden’s children. Afridl procured funds and proceeded to administer free hepatitis B vaccines in collaboration with local health officials. During the fake campaign, many thousands of Pakistani children were vaccinated.

It was during this time that non-polio paralysis became an issue among the vaccinated children, which exposed a depopulation agenda as well as a scheme to use vaccines as a coercive way to obtain DNA from children under the guise of locating Osama bin Laden.

However, WHO has the support of fatwas (religious rulings) from clerics worldwide that are advising parents to vaccinate their children and disregard the rumors that vaccines are “un-Islamic”.

Sami ul-Haq, a religious leader and “father” of the Taliban, is one of their biggest proponents. Ul-Haq was behind a large immunization campaign at his madrassah where he demonstrated the need for vaccines by publicly vaccinating his own grandson.

Governments and WHO are collaborating to force tens of thousands of children in tribal areas on the boarder of Afghanistan to be vaccinated. They have set up patrols to intercept parents that are fleeing populated areas in a forced immunization campaign.

Dr. Nima Abid, head of the WHO polio efforts, estimates that after they will have to vaccinate an estimated 50,000 children. Abid claims this campaign is not about control, but “eradication . . . we have to reach these children.”

Some medical officials in India are privy to the agenda behind the surge in vaccinations. Dr. Neetu Vashisht and Dr. Jacob Puliyel, of the Department of Pediatrics at St Stephens Hospital in Delhi, say, “the polio eradication program epitomizes nearly everything that is wrong with donor funded ‘disease specific’ vertical projects at the cost of investments in community-oriented primary health care (horizontal programs) . . . This is a startling reminder of how initial funding and grants from abroad distort local priorities.”

Euro Hits Lowest Level Against US Dollar Since July 2010 - Videos

As it should be:  Obama regime criminals will now have to run "strong dollar" that will empower Americans whether he likes it or not; U.S. needs to return to gold standard killed by criminal Richard Nixon

PRESS TV
05/23/2012

The euro has hit a 22-month low against the US dollar amid worries that Greece might have to exit the eurozone.

Now a simple question for EU "leaders:"  Where is the gold?

The single currency slipped by nearly 1.5 percent to USD 1.2554 on Wednesday, hitting its weakest level against the dollar since July 2010, Financial Times reported.

The depreciation follows the former Greek Premier Lucas Papademos’ remarks on the potential of Greece’s departure from the euro.

"The risk of Greece leaving the euro is real and it depends effectively on whether the Greek people will support the continued implementation of the economic program," he said.

"Although such a scenario is unlikely to materialize and it is not desirable either for Greece or for other countries, it cannot be excluded that preparations are being made to contain the potential consequences of a Greek euro exit."

His comments are against the optimism expressed by the European Union (EU) powerhouses, France and Germany, which on March 21, pledged support to keep Greece in the eurozone.

The leaders of the 27 EU member states are currently meeting in Brussels to find a solution to the ongoing debt crises within the 17-nation eurozone.

Euro now almost worthless; panicked investors switching to gold, dollar

The leaders also aim to resolve the Greek political and financial turmoil. Greece has announced that it will hold new parliamentary elections on June 17 after the country’s politicians failed to assemble a governing coalition following the previous inconclusive polls on May 6.

"What we need is a decisive plan for Greece, and we need decisive plans to help get the European economies moving," British Prime Minister David Cameron said as he headed into the summit.

Greek politicians are at loggerheads over whether to continue supporting the austerity measures imposed by the EU and the International Monetary Fund in return for bailout funds or to abandon the measures and be forced out of the 17-nation bloc.

Eurozone To Members: Prepare For The Possibility Of Greek Exit

No possibility to it; EU thieves panic as exposure looms, extent of theft will become glaringly apparent when Greece leaves EU; Merkel circling the drain

Huffington Post

BRUSSELS (Reuters) -

Euro zone officials have told members of the currency area to prepare contingency plans in case Greece quits the bloc, an eventuality which Germany's central bank said would be testing but "manageable."

EU deathwatch:  Only a matter of time before total collapse
Three officials told Reuters the instruction was agreed on Monday during a teleconference of the Eurogroup Working Group (EWG) - experts who work for the bloc's finance ministers.

"The EWG agreed that each euro zone country should prepare a contingency plan, individually, for the potential consequences of a Greek exit from the euro," said one euro zone official.

The news comes at a highly sensitive time, just before EU leaders gather to try to breathe life into their struggling economies at a summit over dinner on Wednesday.

Although minds will be focused by the prospect of Greece leaving the currency area, now called "Grexit" and something EU leaders say they want to avoid, disagreements over a plan for mutual euro zone bond issuance and other measures to alleviate two years of debt turmoil have already been laid bare.

In its monthly report, Germany's Bundesbank said the situation in Greece was "extremely worrying" and it was jeopardizing any further financial aid by threatening not to implement reforms agreed as part of its two bailouts.

Looking exhausted and drunk, Angela Merkel appears ready to fight to keep her ill-gotten gains and those of her allies

It said a euro exit would pose "considerable but manageable" challenges for its European partners, raising pressure on Athens to keep its painful economic reforms on track.

Greek officials have said that without outside funds, the country will run out of money within two months.

For the first time in more than two years of debt-crisis meetings, the leaders of France and Germany have not huddled beforehand to agree positions, marking a significant shift in the Franco-German axis which has traditionally driven European policymaking.

Sarkozy already thrown out:  No more kissy-face for Merkel
Instead, new French President Francois Hollande met Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy in Paris to discuss policy, before the pair travelled to Brussels for the 1800 GMT summit.

Despite fears Greeks could open the departure door if they vote for anti-bailout parties at a June 17 election, Spain, where the economy is in recession and the banking system is in need of restructuring, is at the frontline of the crisis, with concerns growing that it too could need bailing out.

After meeting Hollande, Rajoy said he had no intention of seeking outside aid for Spain's banks.

Hollande's election victory has significantly changed the terms of the debate in Europe, with his call for greater emphasis on growth rather than debt-cutting now a rallying cry for other leaders.

That has set up a showdown with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who supports growth but whose primary objective is budget austerity and structural reform.

At his first EU summit, Hollande has chosen to make a stand on euro bonds - the idea of mutualising euro zone debt - despite consistent German opposition to an idea that has been hotly debated for more than two years.

He will have support from Italian Prime Minister Mario Monti and European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso, among others. But Merkel shows no sign of dropping her objections to the proposal, which she has said can only be discussed once there is much closer fiscal union in Europe.

The Netherlands, Finland and some smaller euro zone member states support her.

"Introducing euro bonds is the equivalent of ringing the bell for a happy hour so the inebriated can postpone their hangover indefinitely," one EU diplomat said.

NO MAJOR DECISIONS

No decisions will be made at Wednesday's summit, which is intended to promote ideas on jobs and growth ahead of another meeting at the end of June.

But it is clear the debate will be intense, not just over euro bonds but over how to rescue European banks and whether to give more time to struggling euro zone countries to meet their budget deficit goals.

Officials tried to play down any prospect of a rift.

"This shouldn't be a tense discussion because it's a broad debate about propositions that are on the table. We are not there to negotiate or take decisions," a French presidential adviser said. "Germany today is not firmly against euro bonds forever, and that's what makes a discussion possible."

Having rallied on Tuesday, European stocks dropped 2.3 percent as investors priced in a lack of dramatic policy intervention. The euro tumbled against the dollar to its lowest since August 2010 and Spanish and Italian borrowing costs climbed.

A German two-year debt auction gave a stark illustration of how money is dashing for safe havens. Investors snapped up the 4.5 billion euros of paper on offer even though it came with a zero coupon - offering no return at all.

As well as exploring ways of resolving the debt crisis that has torn the economies of Greece, Portugal and Ireland apart, the leaders will assess how to stabilise their banking systems.

Spain is a particular concern, with a number of its banks laden with bad debts from a property boom that turned to bust and still has some way to go before it touches bottom.

One proposal on the table is for the euro zone's rescue funds to be allowed to recapitalise banks directly, rather than having to lend to countries for on-lending to the banks.

But that is another idea with which Germany is uncomfortable, even though Merkel said on Tuesday a way should be found to dismantle banks across borders, a possible nod to a pan-euro-zone bank restructuring scheme.

"The top priority is injecting liquidity into the European financial system to ensure that European banks, all European banks, can be consolidated," Hollande told a joint news conference with Rajoy in Paris.

SEARCH FOR GROWTH

With the euro zone registering no growth in the first quarter of the year and threatening to slip back into recession, the formal summit agenda is jobs and growth, with policymakers touting three ideas they hope will provide near-term stimulus:

- 'Project bonds' backed by the EU budget to finance infrastructure projects alongside private sector investment.

- Doubling the paid-in capital of the European Investment Bank, the EU's co-financing arm, to a little over 20 billion euros.

- Redirecting structural funds which tend to flow to poorer countries, to other areas where it might reap more immediate growth rewards.

Even if all three proposals were to be activated quickly economists and analysts say they will not provide a sufficient shot in the arm to the euro zone and wider EU economy.

"The hard truth is that there are no magic solutions to solving this crisis. We will all have to keep our spending in check, pay off our debts and swiftly introduce healthy reforms. This is what will kickstart growth," Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said.

Forces unable to destabilize Syria turn to Lebanon - Ministry

MOSCOW -

Forces which have failed to implement their plans to destabilize Syria have turned to Lebanon, which is trying to prevent foreign intervention in Syria, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

October 23, 1983:  24th MAU Marines get clobbered, 220 dead
"Moscow is seriously concerned by growing internal tensions in Lebanon. It appears that the forces that have failed to realize their plans to destabilize Syria have turned to the neighboring Lebanon," the ministry said on its website on Monday.

"They clearly dislike this country's government course aimed at preventing foreign intervention in Syrian affairs and facilitating a swift peaceful settlement in Syria on the basis of Kofi Annan's plan approved by the United Nations Security Council, the actions of military and security agencies opposing the attempts at arms smuggling and militant trafficking, " the ministry said.

To attain their goals these forces are trying to stoke tensions among various Lebanese political and sectarian forces, the Ministry said.

"For our part, we are calling on Lebanese politicians to show restraint and high patriotic responsibility at this difficult moment for the country and the region. The Lebanese must not follow the lead of those who would like to sow new seeds of sectarian discord and confusion on their land. We hope that the Lebanese government and Lebanese enforcement agencies, acting strictly within the law, shall take whatever steps necessary to restore calm in the country and preserve civil peace and unity," the statement said.

The boys are back in town, and they are ready to rumble

An incident at an army base in the Akkar District on May 20 killed the Sunni religious leader Sheikh Abdelwahed and his aide and injured a soldier, the foreign ministry said. The circumstances of this tragic incident are being investigated by the Lebanese authorities.

The incident prompted a strong reaction in the form of riots and road blocks in a number of Sunni-populated areas. In Western Beirut, skirmishes between supporters of the Al-Mustaqbal Movement and the At-Tatyyar Al-Arabi Party continued through the night. Two were reportedly killed and 18 injured.

Australia : No Deal was Made in Indonesia Drug Case

Of course Australia cut a deal: Regardless of guilt or innocence Corby lucky to be alive; lesson learned - tourists always check your baggage before boarding any plane, boat

Associated Press
By Rod McGuirk
05/23/2012

CANBERRA, Australia—

Australia denied Wednesday that it had agreed to treat young Indonesian people smugglers more leniently in return for the reduction of the prison sentence of a high-profile Australian drug trafficker in Indonesia.

Schapelle Leight Corby
But Foreign Minister Bob Carr conceded that Indonesians saw a link between the treatment of Australian Schapelle Corby and young Indonesians held in Australian prisons.

Corby, 34, learned in a Bali prison on Tuesday that Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono had granted her a five-year reduction of the 20-year sentence she received in 2005 after being convicted of smuggling marijuana onto the resort island. Her lawyer said that since several other cuts to her sentence were approved previously, she could be freed in about three months.

The announcement came a week after Australia released three young Indonesians from prison based on new evidence that they might not be adults. Crew members of Indonesian people-smuggling boats who illegally bring asylum seekers to Australia are sent home without punishment if they are minors.

The Australian government is reviewing the convictions of 21 other Indonesian prisoners after complaints from Jakarta and Australia's human rights commissioner that they might have been minors when they were arrested for people smuggling. Police use wrist X-rays as evidence that a suspect is at least 19 years old, but critics argue that such tests are inaccurate.

Tourists - especially Americans and Australians - need to realize that governments in ASEAN mean business when it comes to illegal drug trafficking

Indonesia State Secretary Sudi Silalahi said Corby's sentence reduction was part of a deal in which Australia would be more lenient toward young Indonesians arrested for crewing asylum-seeker boats.

"That's how the Indonesians see it," Carr conceded. But he denied that Australia's decision was part of any reciprocal agreement, though both Corby and the incarceration of young Indonesians in Australia were on the agenda of a bilateral summit in March.

"We'd be making that decision about those minors if there were no Schapelle Corby and indeed no Australians serving time in Indonesian jails," Carr said. "We'd be doing it because it's unconscionable to hold minors in adult prisons."

Corby's case has attracted intense and sustained attention in Australia, where many believe she is innocent. She maintains she does not know how 9 pounds (4.2 kilograms) of marijuana came to be found in her surfboard bag when it was searched on arrival at Denpasar Airport in late 2004.

Her lawyer, Iskandar Nawing, said Indonesian authorities agreed to reduce her sentence because of her poor mental state.

Corby's mother, Rosleigh Rose, told reporters in the Australian east coast city of Logan on Wednesday that she would fly to Bali in July and "will be bringing her home."

"I think it hasn't sunk in yet. I can't believe it," Rose said in a statement.
