U.S. Seniors Eating Dog Food to Stay Alive : The 5th Estate Dog/Cat Food Taste Comparison

This disgusting spectacle now reality in Obamaland

THE 5TH ESTATE
04/15/2012

The plight of Seniors in the gulag of corporate-controlled America is no joke, it is evil and this article is in no way meant to be amusing.  We have called in our resident expert on Senior health issues, our very own, very grumpy Dr. Bob to expound on it.

As Senior health issues begin surfacing on the media radar, albeit late, I began to wonder about how they are coping with having the retirement age moved back yet again and proposed cuts in Medicare threaten anew as the Obama criminals on orders from their corporate/bank masters tighten the economic noose on some of the most needy and deserving in our sick, increasingly mentally ill society.

Watching the unfolding of this evil, Satanic, social condition piqued my curiosity as to just what kind of nutrition is (and isn't) contained in today's dog and cat food.  This, quite naturally, led me down the path to doing a personal taste/nutrition test of both as I always test treatments/food on myself before suggesting others use them.

Today's review is on Jakarta Dogfood Burritos (TM), the idea coming from a gastronomical wonder (a catering truck) always present in Camp Pendleton Area 13 where we were temporarily assigned to AIT (Advanced Infantry Training).  Assuming correctly that the Marines would eat anything, the owner of the food truck designated by Marines as a "roach coach" decided at some point to save a few bucks and substitute dog food for hamburger in his "Home Made Burritos."  We found this out while dumping the trash in which he foolishly had placed his leavings, and he had added insult to injury by using a cheap dog food at that.

The next day, Marines purchased every burrito the guy had, confronted him with the damning evidence (after surrounding his roach coach and pulling the coil wire) and obtained a confession, then pulled him out of his rolling stomach-ache and made him eat every one of them, releasing him covered in his own vomit.  Needless to say  he was not seen on base again, and I have had a "thing" about eating dog food since that experience.

We began our culinary experiment by venturing out to a specialty store in Jakarta that caters to foreigners, and came up with a can each of dog and cat food and all the trimmings for burritos, then returned home to try it out.

Purchasing the other ingredients was easy; a can of Mexican Chile Seasoning, an onion, and flour tortillas (yep, to my surprise they were obtainable here).

I checked out the ingredients of the dog food and found nothing seriously objectionable except for the part about "beef by-products".... and then wondered about BSE.  Too late now to abort, I was going to have to bite the bullet.  After all, U.S. Seniors were being forced to eat this.

Preparation was the same as with regular hamburger burritos, forgoing the luxury of sour cream as starving U.S.Seniors most likely would not be able to afford it.

Taking my time as to delay the act of consumption, I warmed the tortillas and gave the dog food an extra stir, making sure it was thoroughly cooked, and then it was show time.  My wife and photographer of this experiment watched with wide eyes as I took the first bite.

Surprisingly, after I had dosed the burrito with a generous dollop of traditional Sundanese sambal (hot sauce) I found that it did not taste too bad at all.  A little on the bland side with a slight aftertaste of burned hair and a mucoid consistency, but edible.  In the interests of science, I ate the whole thing and this morning after about 12 hours of digestion I can report no overt ill effects except for increased flatulence.

So, is it O.K. for Seniors to eat dog food?

Despite the fact that this food was made for dogs, the idea of anyone being forced to eat it to stay alive - especially our Senior citizens who have worked all their lives to support us - is pure, unmitigated EVIL.

There is not enough nutritional value to support the needs of Seniors, and there is always the possibility of becoming sick through contamination/under cooking.  As pork "by-products" are sometimes used there is also the added possibility of contracting deadly trichinosis, exacerbated by compromised immune systems now epidemic in elderly populations.

In closing out this report, I would ask anyone that believes this practice is O.K. to imagine yourself eating dog and cat food to stay alive when you are older (if you live that long under the Obama criminal regime), and if there ever was a case to practice empathy, this is it.

The psychological consequences of being humiliated in this way are incalculable.  Sane, moral Americans should be outraged.

This forced practise is a damning indictment on the morals, values and ethics of corporate-controlled America today and Americans in general:  Starving Senior citizens in the richest country in the world and world "breadbasket."

Coming tomorrow:  The Jakarta Little Friskies Tuna Casserole (TM) taste test.

Legally Publishing U.S. Government Documents Obtained by FOIA and Marked FOUO

FOUO (For Official Use Only) is a nebulous designation and individuals that intend to publish these documents should consult with a FOIA specialist attorney before doing so - as The 5th Estate has recently learned following the purchase of a mass of unclassified documents, and as we are so popular with the criminal Obama administration we are treading carefully and are acutely aware of how American hero Bradley Manning was framed

The 5th Estate
04/15/2012

As the Independent News bureaus come under increasing threat for reporting the truth we may expect enactment by the traitors in congress and the senate of more and more "laws" to silence us:  The enactment of vague laws are the Bush/Rove/Cheney/Rice/Obama, Panettta, Clinton, Petraeus answer to those that dare oppose their illegal wars, destruction of the Constitution, bankrupting of America; these documents are paid for by the American taxpayer and as such are our property to view as we please, the U.S. government criminals have no right to censor ANY INFORMATION we deem important to enlightening and informing the U.S. public

For Official Use Only (FOUO)
And Similar Designations

For Official Use Only (FOUO) is a document designation, not a classification. This designation is used by Department of Defense and a number of other federal agencies to identify information or material which, although unclassified, may not be appropriate for public release.

This treasonous scumbag would see all Independent Media news bureaus shut down and all critics of his criminal, Constitution-destroying regime imprisoned or worse

There is no national policy governing use of the For Official Use Only designation. DoD Directive 5400.7 defines For Official Use Only information as "unclassified information that may be exempt from mandatory release to the public under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)." The policy is implemented by DoD Regulation 5400.7-R and 5200.1-R.

bullet  The For Official Use Only designation is also used by CIA and a number of other federal agencies, but each agency is responsible for determining how it shall be used. The categories of protected information may be quite different from one agency to another, although in every case the protected information must be covered by one of the nine categories of information that are exempt from public release under FOIA.
Some agencies use different terminology for the same types of information. For example, Department of Energy uses Official Use Only (OUO). Department of State uses Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU), formerly called Limited Official Use (LOU). The Drug Enforcement Administration uses DEA Sensitive. In all cases the designations refer to unclassified, sensitive information that is or may be exempt from public release under the Freedom of Information Act.

Unbelievably, this idiot began the serious erosion of 1st Amendment
The fact that information is marked FOUO does not mean it is automatically exempt from public release under FOIA. If a request for the information is received, it must be reviewed to see if it meets the FOIA dual test: (1) It fits into one of the nine FOIA exemption categories, and (2) There is a legitimate government purpose served by withholding the information. On the other hand, the absence of the FOUO or other marking does not automatically mean the information must be released in response to a FOIA request.

Statutory/Regulatory Responsibilities & Obligations

Each government department or agency defines what information shall be protected and how its protected information shall be handled. The following information pertains only to Department of Defense FOUO information. When dealing with sensitive but unclassified information from another department or agency, check with the originator regarding appropriate handling.

Access to FOUO Information

FOUO information may be disseminated within the DoD components and between officials of the DoD components and DoD contractors, consultants, and grantees as necessary in the conduct of official business. FOUO information may also be released to officials in other departments and agencies of the executive and judicial branches in performance of a valid government function.

Marking FOUO Information
Unclassified documents and material containing FOUO information shall be marked as follows:
  • Documents will be marked FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY at the bottom of the front cover (if there is one), the title page (if there is one), the first page, and the outside of the back cover (if there is one).
  • Pages of the document that contain FOUO information shall be marked FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY at the bottom.-
  • Each paragraph containing FOUO information shall be marked with the abbreviation FOUO in parentheses at the beginning of the FOUO portion.1
  • Material other than paper documents (for example, slides, computer media, films, etc.) shall bear markings which alert the holder or viewer that the material contains FOUO information.
  • FOUO documents and material transmitted outside the Department of Defense must bear an expanded marking on the face of the document so that non-DoD holders understand the status of the information. A statement similar to this one should be used:
This document contains information exempt
from mandatory disclosure under the FOIA.
Exemption(s) _ apply.

When FOUO information is contained within a classified document, the same rules apply except that full pages that contain FOUO information but no classified information shall be marked FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY at both the top and bottom of the page.

Safeguarding FOUO Information
FOUO information should be handled in a manner that provides reasonable assurance that unauthorized persons do not gain access.

During working hours, reasonable steps should be taken to minimize risk of access by unauthorized personnel. After working hours, FOUO may be stored as a minimum in unlocked containers, desks or cabinets if government or government-contract building security is provided. If government or government-contract building security is not provided, it must be stored at a minimum in a locked desk, file cabinet, bookcase, locked room, or similar place.

FOUO documents and material may be transmitted via first class mail, parcel post, or -- for bulk shipments -- fourth class mail.

Fax or e-mail transmission of FOUO information (voice, data or facsimile) should be by encrypted communications systems whenever practical. FOUO information may be put on an Internet web site only if access to the site is limited to a specific target audience and the information is encrypted. See Pre-Publication Review of Web Site Content.

FOUO documents may be destroyed by shredding or tearing into pieces and discarding the pieces in a regular trash container unless circumstances suggest a need for more careful protection.

Enforcement
Administrative penalties may be imposed for misuse of FOUO information. Criminal penalties may be imposed depending on the actual content of the information (privacy, export control, etc.).

Legal & Regulatory Authorities

5 USC 301 - Departmental Regulations
DoD Regulation 5200.1-R - The Information Security Program
DoD Directive 5400.7 - The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Program
DoD Regulation 5400.7-R – The DoD Freedom of Information Act Program
DoD Regulation 5400.11-R – Department of Defense Privacy Program

Reference:

1. Portion marking of unclassified documents containing FOUO information is required by DoD Regulation 5400.7-R. It is not required by Regulation 5200.1-R. Regulation 5400.7-R applies as it is more recent.

U.S. Killer Cops Fire Over 90 Bullets, Kill Teenager - Videos

Killer pigs will be shown no quarter - and deserve none - when eventual societal collapse comes to pass, Americans need to identify, archive individual cop data for future prosecution when (if) U.S. becomes a democracy once more

PRESS TV

U.S. police have fired more than 90 rounds of bullets at a teenager in Los Angeles after a brief high-speed chase when he failed to stop for the police.

Abdul Arian was killed on the 101 Freeway in Woodland Hills on Wednesday night, The Los Angeles Times reported.

Police said they noticed Arian driving erratically near the Northridge Fashion Center and tried to pull him over. But he refused and instead took them on a high-speed pursuit through city streets before pulling onto Ventura Freeway.

Eight Los Angeles police officers fired more than 90 rounds, killing the 19-year-old teenager.

His uncle Hamed Arian said the Arian family came to the United States from Afghanistan about 20 years ago.

"We are all devastated," the uncle said. "We lost a young man who was a really good kid."

Police said Arian called 911 during the chase and claimed to have a gun and made threats to the police. But, he did not have a gun.

90 rounds to kill a 19 year-old kid who stupidly says he is armed but is not - killed for being stupid?

However, Hamed Arian said his nephew made a 911 call in which he said he was afraid because he was being pursued by the police.

Similar tragedies involving teenagers have been making headlines in different American cities including Pasadena where two African-American teenagers were shot and killed by the police over the past few months.

Unarmed African-American teenager Trayvon Martin was shot to death by an armed neighborhood-watch volunteer on February 26. Human rights groups insist that the shooting of Martin was racially motivated.

Another unarmed African-American teenager was fatally shot by in March by two Pasadena police officers. The 19-year-old college student, Kendrec McDade was shot and killed after a Pasadena resident, Oscar Carrillo, called the police to report that two armed men had robbed him of his computer and backpack.

Police opened fire and killed McDade when he made a move at his waistband. No weapons or any of the stolen items were found on him.

U.S. Secret Service Agents Sent Home from Summit Over Charges of Buying Whores with U.S. Taxpayer Money - Video

So, Raul Castro was not welcome at Summit of the Americas, but hookers could get close to Barry's protective detail

 Associated Press
 04/14/2012

U.S. secret service agents sent to provide security for Barack Obama at a summit in Colombia have been relieved of their duties and sent home after allegations of personal misconduct.

Eastwood said to be pissed off, missed out on whoring
A secret service spokesman would neither confirm nor deny an anonymous claim to the Associated Press that the misconduct involved prostitutes in Cartagena, where the Summit of the Americas meeting is being held.

A US official said 12 agents had been relieved of duty. The official was not authorised to discuss the matter and requested anonymity.

In a statement on Friday night, the secret service spokesman Edwin Donovan said other agents had taken the place of those sent back to the US. He added that the personnel changes would not affect the security plan prepared for the president's visit.

Donovan said the allegations of misconduct were related to activity before the president arrived in Cartagena on Friday afternoon.

This is where your tax dollars are going, Americans
The Washington Post reported that Jon Adler, president of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association, had said the accusations related to at least one agent having involvement with prostitutes in Cartagena. The association represents federal law enforcement officers, including the secret service.

Ronald Kessler, a former Post reporter and the author of a book about the secret service, told the Post that he had learned that 12 agents were involved, several of them married.
Three small explosions were reported in Colombia before the summit – two on an empty area of land near Cartagena's bus station and one near the US embassy in the capital, Bogota. Officials said there were no injuries or damage.

NOW do you feel like cheating on/not paying your taxes?

On Friday evening Obama attended a leaders' dinner at Cartagena's historic Spanish fortress.

He was due to attend meetings with regional leaders on Saturday and Sunday. More than 30 presidents and prime ministers are attending the summit. Obama is expected to be on the defensive over issues including drug legalisation, which his administration opposes, the US insistence on excluding Cuba from the conference, and his opposition to Argentina's claim to the British-controlled Falkland Islands, which is supported by most Latin American countries.

Get 25 Years in Prison if You Annoy or Offend Someone on the Internet

Fortunately, The 5th Estate is an Indonesian owned and registered website, where rights to freedom of speech and free press are guaranteed; journalists and families here are also protected by the deadly force laws of Indonesia and will not hesitate to use them in the event of an attack by ANYONE from the United States government or other foreign national intelligence operatives in their employ attempting to harm or kidnap our people:  There is no extradition treaty between the United States and Indonesia; good luck America, if this passes you have only yourselves to blame for it, Americans may ponder this sitting in their jail cells

The Intel Hub

Arizona Rep. Ted Vogt recently addressed Arizona Bill 2549 that passed the House Thursday and is now awaiting the governors approval.

This treasonous Obama whore wants to put everyday Americans in jail to silence dissent and enrich the booming, criminal-run U.S. prison industry.  There, Brewer, did that annoy or offend you?  Come and get us - and pack a lunch.  Bring your resident pedophile mouthpiece Ted Vogt along, we will feed him - and you - to the Komodos

This Bill, now set for approva,l is very dangerous to almost anyone who uses an electronic devise. In fact, so dangerous it could land you in prison for 25 years for essentially hurting someones feelings on the internet.

Not to mention government paid troll hackers are advancing on all fronts as innocent people, truthers, patriots, or people such as the likes of Ron Paul supporters could easily be set up and/or targeted by nefarious people, organizations, or even Big Brother.

Even this old boy would probably have a hard time gagging down traitors Brewer and Vogt.... perhaps a little mustard would make their necrotic carcasses a little more palatable

In a recent article from CNNRep. Ted Vogt shills for the establishment in a failed attempt to trick the general public;
“I think they’re absolutely mistaken,” Arizona Rep. Ted Vogt said of bloggers and civil liberties groups that said the bill would censor the Internet. “They clearly haven’t read the bill. This law targets a course of conduct where an individual is harassing, threatening or annoying a specific (person).”
Here’s the paragraph in the bill that got everyone riled up:
“It is unlawful for any person, with intent to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend, to use any electronic or digital device and use any obscene, lewd or profane language or suggest any lewd or lascivious act, or threaten to inflict physical harm to the person or property of any person. It is also unlawful to otherwise disturb by repeated anonymous electronic or digital communications the peace, quiet or right of privacy of any person at the place where the communications were received.”
Observers said that language was overly broad and could be applied to censor the comments sections of websites and other public digital forums.
Vogt said Wednesday that the bill would be amended to say those harassing communications must be directed at a specific person and must be “unwanted or unsolicited.” Those updates did not appear yet on an online version of the bill viewed Wednesday morning.
The bill will not apply to online comment sections or semi-public forums such as Facebook walls, Vogt said.
“With Facebook, you’ve got control over who your friends are,” he said. “So if somebody is threatening you and you never de-friend them then you’re not controlling it. You’re inviting people to comment freely on your Facebook page. You can de-friend them and you can end the problem there.”
Comments sections are the same, he said, since websites don’t have to invite people to comment and can take down those sections if they are worried about threats.
Some will argue that the Bill is great and we should be happy that our loving government will regulate cyber bullies on the internet like they regulate bullies at elementary school playgrounds across the nation.

So what will justify harassment?

The Bill currently reads;
Well that pretty much covers it, if you so much as annoy or offend someone on the internet you can do prison time.

Lot’s of people are annoying to me, some actually reside in Arizona. How will this affect them if I complain that they annoy me? Will they get prison time?

The above is an example of just how ridiculous and ultimately dangerous this Bill actually is. It also makes one wonder how far this will actually go.

For example;

Can the media even report or offer opinion anymore? Articles appearing on the internet by every major media publication and outfit imaginable contain opinion or what someone could deem offensive.

Will this limit our freedom of press if someone in the limelight claims they were annoyed?

Will Jan Brewer sign the bill?
