Al Jazeera Journalist Resigns over Syria and Bahrain Coverage

[U.S.]Al Jazeera "Everyone is now a journalist" CIA masters driving the few real journalists from completely discredited propaganda mill that has already committed suicide

Ali Hashem: "Al Jazeera has become a "media war machine" and is "committing journalistic suicide"

In the middle of February, something called the Syrian Electronic Army—hackers in Syria that support the government—hacked into Al Jazeera's servers and found some emails. Some of them were written by Ali Hashem, who was a Middle East correspondent for the Arab Al Jazeera channel. In those emails he expressed his concern about the way Al Jazeera was covering the conflict in Syria. It later led to his resignation.

Al Jazeera mouthpiece for Obama, CIA, Israel
Ali Hashem is a television journalist who recently resigned from his post as a war reporter for Al Jazeera. While working for Al Jazeera, he covered the revolution in Libya, Lebanese politics, and tension related to the Syrian uprising on the Syrian Lebanese borders. He also worked for the BBC and led the production team at Manar TV.

CNN Runs Desperate TSA Propaganda Piece as Video of Toddler Grope Down Goes Viral

Shilling for TSA will cost CNN, "mainstream media;" CNN long ago compromised by CIA, NSA and have no credibility whatsoever; CNN "reporters" on this case need to be tried as Accessories after Fact at TSA pedophile crimes trials - coming soon to a courtroom near you

Intel Hub
03/20/2012

In a desperate attempt to save face for the TSA, CNN has run a propaganda piece that literally justified the grope down of a wheel chair bound 3 year old toddler.

TSA "Happy Hunting Ground" for thousands of pedophiles, molesterS
During a segment on John King USA, a so called aviation security expert (TSA apologist) played a short clip of an obviously much longer interview with the toddlers father who claimed that agents were disrespectful and that if the search happened anywhere else the person would be arrested on child sex charges.

The CNN expert then goes on to cite all the supposed changes that the TSA has initiated since the toddler grope down.

Sadly the reality is children and the elderly have been groped by TSA numerous times since September 2011 with each and every instance of TSA thuggery downplayed or completely covered up by the corporate controlled media.

The idea that anyone could spend two minutes legitimatizing an agency that routinely groups children as possible terrorists just goes to show how far gone the mainstream media actually is.

Bomb Explodes Near Indonesia's Paris Embassy: Indonesian Minister

Time to close the Indonesian Embassy in Paris

A bomb exploded outside the Indonesian embassy in Paris on Wednesday, breaking windows but causing no casualties, Chief Political and Security Minister Djoko Suyanto said.

Bombing possibly connected to shootings?
The package was discovered by an embassy employee who removed it from the building in Rue Cortambert, in Paris's elegant 16th district, according to a French police source.

The device, which involved a gas cylinder, exploded shortly afterwards, damaging windows and cars but injuring no one, the source told Reuters in Paris.

"Indonesia's embassy in Paris has reported an explosion in one intersection near the embassy at 5.20 local (Paris) time .... It is not certain what the target of the bomb was," Suyanto said.

"The Indonesian ambassador is in the location but couldn't go near. Windows at the embassy are broken. There are no Indonesian casualties among citizens or staff working at the embassy," he told reporters.

Indonesia's Foreign Minister Marty Natalegawa said he was deeply concerned about the explosion.

"We are yet to ascertain whether the explosion was actually directed against the Indonesian embassy or whether it was by coincidence that it was located ... by the embassy," he told reporters.

"We are quite a resilient lot, Indonesians, and I don't think it takes a little explosion to deter us from going on with the business of our activities. But we will be very vigilant obviously," he said.

LA TIMES Insults All Military Personnel, Attempts to Place Blame for Illegal Wars on All Americans in Pathetic Attempt to Save Selves, "Reporters" from War Crimes Charges

Bullshit:  The 5th Estate accepts zero responsibility and have since before "Desert Shield" been fierce critics of illegal Iraq and Afghan wars; this piece of "mainstream media" propaganda trash is a "First Strike" to attempt deflection of LA Times pro-war coverage to date; Horsey speaks for himself and his corporate masters: While you are at it Horsey, how about having the balls to tell the real story

Los Angeles Times
By David Horsey
03/20/2012

Opinion

Army Staff Sgt. Robert Bales is accused of murdering 16 villagers in Afghanistan. It is alleged he quietly walked from his base to two nearby villages and, unprovoked, started killing innocent human beings, including nine children.

This atrocity appears to be the act of one man, but the blame can be shared from coast to coast.

Lone gunman?  What does LA Times have to say about this, Horsey?
Our all-volunteer Army has been fighting for a decade in Afghanistan, and in Iraq as well, for most of that time. The burden of battle has fallen mainly on a tiny number of Americans -- men like Bales, who was on his fourth combat deployment. Multiple journeys into the hell of war have taken a terrible toll. The number of suicides among service members has skyrocketed, and incidences of post traumatic stress disorder among returning soldiers are so common they seem almost the norm.

As a society, we have tried to make up for the fact that so few of us share in the killing and dying by putting our troops on a pedestal. They are warriors, we say. They are the best of us. They are heroes, every one. We slap stickers in the shape of yellow ribbons on the backs of our cars and trucks, ribbons trailing the message, "Support Our Troops." Any president can win a standing ovation from Congress with a single mention of "our men and women in uniform."

And this image Horsey; do you know the story behind it?  Did you bother to check it out?  Do you know how that works? What do your bosses say about this?  Guess what Horsey:  You picked the losers (Bush, Obama, corporate bosses) in these illegal wars and now you have to live with it

Yet all this adulation and easy rhetoric conveniently glosses over the harsh truth. These men and women are not a warrior class. They are not uniformly heroic. They are not necessarily better than those who do not don a uniform. Excluding singular exceptions -- the Navy SEALs, for example -- our soldiers are people not all that different from any of us. They are well trained, but they are human, and war can and does sear the human soul and subvert the sane mind. Coping with brutality, fear, constant danger and hideous forms of death can change anyone and the longer a person is exiled in a house of slaughter, the harder it is to come back.

And this one Horsey:  Are you really trying to say ONE guy did this kind of damage, allegedly killed 16 civilians, raped women - plural - and set fire to bodies?  One guy did all of this?  Did you bother to check it out from your desk 10,000 miles away?

According to men who served with Bales, he was not an aberrant person. In a Facebook message quoted by the Seattle Times, Capt. Chris Alexander asked that Bales be kept in people's prayers. "I know his alleged crime is terrible, but he is not terrible," Alexander wrote. "He is one of the best guys I've ever served with."

And while you are experimenting with that new-fangled idea of checking shit out Horsey, why don't you find out for us just EXACTLY how many servicemen and women have really died or killed themselves in illegal Afghan and Iraq wars?  Should be a snap with LA Times resources, report back on your findings... there may even be a Pulitzer in it for you, although you may have to beg off awards ceremony from jail

If one of our best can snap and commit such a terrible crime, we should all ask ourselves if the soldiers who come from among us are being pushed to sacrifice far too much while the rest of us sacrifice nothing at all. A volunteer Army lets us off the hook. Even worse, it makes it too easy for the politicians. They speak with bravado about standing up to tyrants and bearing any burden for the sake of liberty. And then, to make good on their bold words, they find another place to take the nation into war.

Except it is not the nation that goes. It is a few men like Robert Bales, and all the yellow ribbons on all the pickup trucks in America cannot save him from the horror he has seen and the things he has done.

Dozens of Bombs Kill at Least 52 Across Iraq

Oh yeah, proof positive U.S. has really "won" the illegal "war" in Iraq; Afghanistan defeat will eventually be defeat of criminal Obama administration

Reuters
03/21/2012

BAGHDAD (Reuters) -

More than 30 bombs struck cities and towns across Iraq on Tuesday, killing at least 52 people and wounding about 250, despite a massive security clampdown ahead of next week's Arab League summit in Baghdad.

Bombings, killings on rise in Iraq thanks to Bush/Cheney/Obama
It was Iraq's bloodiest day in nearly a month, and the scale of the coordinated explosions in more than a dozen cities showed an apparent determination by insurgents to prove that the government cannot keep the country safe ahead of the summit.

Iraq is due to host the meeting for the first time in 20 years and the government is anxious to show it can maintain security following the withdrawal of U.S. troops in December.

"The goal of today's attacks was to present a negative image of the security situation in Iraq," government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh told Reuters.

"Security efforts will be escalated to counteract terrorist groups' attacks and to fill loopholes used by them to infiltrate security, whether in Baghdad or other provinces."

Tuesday's deadliest incident occurred in the southern Shi'ite Muslim holy city of Kerbala, where twin explosions killed 13 people and wounded 48 during the morning rush hour, according to Jamal Mahdi, a Kerbala health department spokesman.

Iraq police, Army powerless to stop carnage
"The second explosion caused the biggest destruction. I saw body parts, fingers, hands thrown on the road," 23-year-old shop owner Murtadha Ali Kadhim told Reuters.

"The security forces are stupid because they always gather at the site of an explosion and then a second explosion occurs. They become a target."

Blasts also struck in the capital, in Baiji, Baquba, Daquq, Dibis, Dhuluiya, Kirkuk, Mosul, Samarra, Tuz Khurmato, Khalis and Dujail to the north, in Falluja and Ramadi to the west, and Hilla, Latifiya, Mahmudiya and Mussayab to the south. Police defused bombs in Baquba, Falluja and Mosul.

Most of the blasts targeted police checkpoints and patrols.

"This latest spate of attacks is very likely to have been co-ordinated by a large and well-organised group. It is likely an attempt to show the authorities that their security measures are insignificant," said John Drake, a senior risk consultant at AKE Group, which studies security in Iraq for corporate clients.

Army and police forces are frequently targeted in Iraq, where bombings and shootings still occur almost daily.

Al Qaeda's Iraq wing and allied Sunni Muslim insurgent groups say that despite the withdrawal of U.S. forces they will not lay down arms and will continue to battle the Shi'ite-led government.

Bush/Cheney/Obama's handiwork; CIA connection to bombings?

They have claimed responsibility for nearly all the major attacks so far this year, mounting days of coordinated bombings across the country about once a month since the Americans left.

Although overall violence has declined since the height of sectarian fighting in 2006 and 2007, Iraqis fear their government lacks the wherewithal to impose security nine years after the U.S.-led invasion that overthrew Saddam Hussein.

Abu Grahib murders, abuses created a generation of insurgents dedicated to killing Americans - with good reason

Tuesday's attacks were the biggest since February 23 when dozens of explosions across the country killed at least 60 people.

THIS is reprehensible
A White House spokesman called the attacks "reprehensible acts".

"Despite these efforts by extremists, violence in Iraq remains at near historic lows," he said.

"Iraqi forces have demonstrated their capacity to deal with the security challenges that exist in that country again and again in recent years, and we do have faith in their ability."

EXTRA SECURITY

The Arab League summit on March 27-29 will be the first held in Baghdad since Saddam's invasion of Kuwait in 1990, and Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki's government considers it the most important diplomatic event yet for post-Saddam Iraq.

Muqtada al-Sadr wants U.S. troops out, PERIOD
Tuesday was also the day after the ninth anniversary of the start of the U.S.-led invasion that toppled Saddam.

Security has been ratcheted up across Baghdad in the runup to the summit. Since Monday, intensive searches at checkpoints have ground the city of 7 million people to a halt.

In the northern city of Kirkuk, two car bombs exploded near a police headquarters, killing nine people and wounding 42, police and health sources said. In Baghdad, two bombs killed nine people and wounded 28.

Police in the northeastern city of Baquba said they had found and defused nine bombs, including one in a booby-trapped car which was parked on the road with a decapitated body in the driver's seat and the man's head in his lap.

Five other bombs exploded in the town, the capital of Diyala province north of Baghdad, which also saw a smaller string of deadly explosions on Monday night.

By evening, Reuters had recorded 32 separate explosions on Tuesday. The toll of the blasts, as provided by police and medical sources, was at least 52 killed and 249 wounded.

Actual casualty numbers for Iraq "wars" being covered up by Obama, DoD, JCS

The government says it will be deploying up to 100,000 additional troops and police in Baghdad to impose extra security measures for the summit and will close Baghdad's airport. Hundreds of millions of dollars are being spent on preparations, including renovating hotels, planting trees and paving roads.

Dutch Roman Catholic Church 'castrated at least 10 boys'

Disgusting; Dutch priests were also active in Indonesia

The Telegraph
By Bruno Waterfield
03/19/2012

Evidence of the castrations has emerged amid controversy that it was not included in the findings of an official investigation into sexual abuse within the church last year.

The NRC Handelsblad newspaper identified Henk Heithuis who was castrated in 1956, while a minor, after reporting priests to the police for abusing him in a Catholic boarding home.

Joep Dohmen, the investigative journalist who uncovered the Heithuis case, also found evidence of at least nine other castrations. "These cases are anonymous and can no longer be traced," he said. "There will be many more. But the question is whether those boys, now old men, will want to tell their story."

Mr Heithuis died in a car crash in 1958, two years after being castrated at the age of 20, while under the age of majority, which was then 21.

In 1956 he had accused Catholic clergy of sexually abusing him in his Church run care home.

Two clergymen were convicted of abuse but Mr Heithuis, a victim, was nonetheless transferred by police to a Catholic psychiatric hospital before being admitted to the St. Joseph Hospital in Veghel later that year.

There, court papers confirm, he was castrated "at his own request", despite no submission of his written consent. Sources told Mr Dohmen that the surgical removal of testicles was regarded as a treatment for homosexuality and also as a punishment for those who accused clergy of sexual abuse.

Cornelius Rogge, 79, a well-known Dutch sculptor whose family knew Mr Heithuis in the 1950s, reported the castration to an official inquiry into abuse within the Catholic Church. But his evidence was ignored.

"We once asked Henk to drop his pants when the women were gone. He did that. He was maimed totally. It was a huge shock," he said.

Last December, an official investigation by Wim Deetman, a former Dutch minister, received 1,800 reports of sexual abuse by clergy or volunteers within Dutch Catholic dioceses in the period since 1945.

The Deetman inquiry received a report of the Heithuis case from Mr Rogge but it was not followed up because "there were few leads for further research".

Evidence emerged on Monday that government inspectors were aware that minors were being castrated while in Catholic-run psychiatric institutions.

Jakarta, Indonesia

Minutes of meetings held in the 1950s show that inspectors were present when castrations were discussed. The documents also reveal that the Catholic staff did not think parents needed to be involved.

There are also allegations that Vic Marijnen, a former Dutch Prime Minister, who died in 1975, was linked to the case.

In 1956, Mr Marijnen was the chairman of the Gelderland children's home where Mr Heithuis and other children were abused. He intervened to have prison sentences dropped against several priests convicted of abusing children.

Dutch MPs will today call for a parliamentary investigation into the allegations.

"I am shocked that boys were being castrated in the 1950s," said Khadija Arib, a Labour MP. "I want an independent investigation. We must find out how many cases there were, who knew about it and why the government did not act."

As America circles the drain, reeling and staggering like a drunken sailor after having lost all his money to thieves, covered in piss, vomit and out of options, it will behoove Americans interested in saving their own skins and their families to archive this critical information.  It will not only assist you in combating illegal occupation forces in the U.S., but provide a valuable tutorial for the longevity of your group.  Download it, copy it or buy it while you can from Amazon and secure it in a safe place, it is an invaluable insurance policy against sudden death.  Assure that these manuals are properly secured in watertight material - preferably oilskin - and stowed away in a safe, easily accessible (to you) place.   "Remember, it is always better to have and not need, than need and not have..." - Colonel Gordon C. Operation Phoenix : A watershed in counterinsurgency doctrine
From Blindloop.com:

Right after the assassination of John F. Kennedy, CIA got involved into Vietnam. It was in 1964, when the CIA and related intelligent agencies fabricated an artificial North Vietnamese attack on the Gulf of Tonkin, off North Vietnam. This allowed the US an intervention. The operation had been planned, synchronized, and implemented by CIA. It was a simple plan, to disable the National Liberation Front by killing dominant people like mayors, teachers, doctors or anyone who encouraged it. And any doubtful person was tortured and some were literally thrown out of helicopters during interrogations. The army had literally started the destruction of villages; grouped people into internment camps, weeding out the leaders and turned the countryside into a “shoot anything that moves” area.

The past/future for Americans; unconventional war
It was an uncertainty of the killed, a number of at least 20,000 which later on increased to 40,000, as to whether they really were Viet Cong or the loyal Vietnamese, which was also admitted by the CIA officials.

Their doubt was understandable, as this was a joint operation and a little over effort was very obvious. The operation was really doing well in destroying NLF infrastructure, but actually the entire operation was a failure on a range of arguments, one of the most prominent one was that the communists had established a large and effective support cadre before its eradication. So it was a little too late to change the war’s overall course.
